Limited waiting the hostess get overwhelmed quickly as there's usually only 2 or even 1 dealing with a pretty busy dining room alone and because of the precautions for covid you may no longer get things on your own you must wait for someone to come to your table and get you drink refills or something from the buffet they're quick to notice you stand to get your own things after waiting an eternity and shut it down immediately but will quickly forget what you asked to be replaced and wait prolonged periods to do so if at all. in general this place is a hit or miss honestly I don't think the food is worth rating at lest not any of the main courses the sides are bland but not horrible and most if not all the deserts are tasty but then again you're not going here to pay an arm and leg for desert you're going for a full meal buffet style and it's a sad excuse for that before and worse during a pandemic far to expensive for sub-par quality. I don't recommend it

Not giving this place a 5 star review because of the food but because of “ROBERT” he isn’t a waitress...i believe he is a cook or maybe a line server but he is AWESOME! He is truly a assist to your company. Was better than our waitress and he only helped us from the line to our table since my daughter couldn’t carry her tray. He was very attentive and smiled and laughed. Thank you Robert. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!!

Could be better, food quality seems to have gone down quite a bit. Management seems to be happy customers are still coming in and enjoying what's left of this place.

I was a little disappointed that the drink options were limited on the day we went, they were only offering Diet Dr. Pepper, Water, Tea and Orange HiC. The food made up for it though & our waitress went above & beyond to take care of us.

Been a long time since I've been to furrs but it still a good place for dinner with the family

The food was good with the exception of the baked whitefish. The center of it was so tough, I couldn’t cut it with my fork. I’ve never had that issue before. Everything else was fresh and delicious. The lady serving the food on the line was seriously gruff - but she was pretty much doing everything but the main entree so that’s probably why. Our server at the table was attentive and friendly. The cashier was friendly. We drove 2 hours just to eat there and we will do it again. The ladies room was clean and stocked with necessities too.

Very disappointed. I went to eat turkey and dressing because they are my favorite at Furr's. They had chicken and dressing instead. I asked for dark meat and instead got a breast that had been so overcooked or overheated that I literally had to rip it off the bone with my fingers. The dressing was dry and crumbly and the mashed potatoes were fake with no taste at all. The green beans had such huge beans inside them they were not chewable. The roll was good and the waitress who is always there was wonderful. I hate to see Furr's go downhill and cut corners. Y'all can do better than that. On top of that, it cost me 16.00. I could've had a steak for that.

Used to love this place but recently I can tell they are beginning to wither away..They raised their prices to 17 dollars which would be understandable if they had better food.We went today and they had literally NOTHING.Everything basically was chicken. The beef they did have was roast beef I believe was dry and not good. The Salisbury steak was gone where we had to wait for more to be cooked. The only drinks they had was lemonade which tasted tart and the rest was all diet beside the orange hi-c.Will not be going here again.

The staff was friendly and our waitress Petra was excellent. Couldn't have had a better experience than our waitress handling our table and many others During this difficult time. Thank you

I had not gone to Furrs for a while, and found myself there for lunch today. There were just a handfull of seated customers and no one in line. There was a sign on the door that said they were out of chicken fried steaks. The man serving the line, me, said there would be fried fish in a few minutes, so I tried the spaghetti. It had no meat or seasoning, and tasted like canned sauce straight from the can. I asked for coffee, so he offered to make a pot, but informed me they were out of creamer. He also said they had no milk to use. He said to ask the server for the fish. The lady brought me tea and ignored me for least 20 or more minutes. The dining room was full of tables full of dirty dishes. Maybe if you had a few busboys clearing tables, the servers could give good service. The mashed potatoes were fake, the gravy and mac & cheese were packaged and powdered, and the manager was sitting parked at the register playing on his phone. Get up and help clean up your nasty dining room! I don't appreciate being surrounded by filthy , piled high tables. You said your business was down. Well don't blame covid. Blame instant, flavorless food, lack of leadership, inattentive service, messy dining rooms, and inadequate ordering. This was a very disappointing visit.

My family ate at Lubbock Furrs this evening. It was the worse food I have had in a very long time. There were very few choices. Everything was white/ bland /stale. I asked for lemons, the ones they brought were brown, moldy. To top it all off I was shocked that for 5 people was almost $80. One of the worse meals I have had in a long time. I was actually embarrassed that I took my family there

Even with being at low capacity, the ladies are always sweet and my son adores them.
