Furr's Buffet is anything but fresh!! But when Tech kids are moving, you can't get into any other restaurants. So, gotta do what you gotta do!!

The food was ok...the staff was rude and unprofessional and acted like we were bothering them by walking into the establishment. Many years ago this was a family favorite, now we probably will not be back. Sad.

I used to go to Furr's often as a kid. Had a good memory of their pie. Went back for nostalgia. Food was fine. Pie was great but it just didn't seem to be as I remembered. Everything seemed a bit off. I am giving only 3 stars because they ran out of knives. I had to eat my chicken fried steak using my spoon to cut it. Really, what restaurant runs out of knives?

Short staffed so there were issues on the serving line because one guy was doing it all but he rocked it out though. The food was good and the service was great, only problem was the cashier where to go to pay couldn't be bothered to get off the phone so she barely acknowledged us.

We usually find a much better selection at this place but today we were rather disappointed. We arrived at 12:30 PM and there was a small number of people in the restaurant. We didn't even have to wait in the service line. The food choices were limited and some of the items we chose were not very tasty. Very disappointed because this used to be one of our favorite places to eat.😞

It's been 30 years or more, but the food quality and value were excellent. One price and you can keep going back, so don't grab too much on the first pass.

I came here around 3:30 PM and I instantly regretted coming here. The food looks and tastes old. The rolls were rock hard and disgusting. I advise you go somewhere else if your looking for a decent meal.

Food was subpar for the price, almost 14 dollars for 1 person at lunch, understaffed, not very friendly. Went at 12:45 and some of the food wasn't very fresh, seemed it was on the warmer for several hours already. I won't be back.

It's not the same anymore. When Mr. Andrews was Presedent of Furr's I worked for him and back then it was a great place to eat. It's sad that a few of the Furr's have been closed.

Two stars are a stretch. I haven't eaten at a Furr's in many years. I've lived in Lubbock for two years and finally made my way over there for lunch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Couple of ladies on the serving line hard to communicate with. Not all the foods were labeled. Ladies on the floor very accommodating. The food was nothing like I remember.
