Walked in for a to go order. Approached the young man at the area where you pick up item to go. Told him the name. Never said anything, never smiled, just walked away and started doing something else. A young lady from the order counter came over and started bagging up orders. Bagged up two orders and went back to the other counter where orders were being taken. My order was sitting on the counter until finally someone came over and bagged it, approximately 25 minutes of me waiting. That first young man has no need being in a position to deal with customers. Rude and disrespectful and a lot of attitude. Won’t be going back.

We used them for catering for my daughter's Quinceanera. Nicole had very good customer service. It's hard to find someone that does birria tacos & serves it too (as her dad wanted it served)! They tested it out during the week before an ordered new chafing dishes & everything and even brought a griddle to reheat them so they wouldn't get soggy and they were great! They came in the morning to set up and so they just had to bring the food in the evening.We ordered too much food. They gave us extra tacos which was nice.

I had the BEST experience - went there to watch the Chiefs game and everyone was unbelievably friendly, food and drinks were amazing. The general manager kept checking in on customers to make sure everyone was happy, employees were diligent in keeping tables bused and cleaned. This will be my new hangout for sure! Keep it UP!

The fish tacos we got were absolutely horrible. My husband couldn’t even bite through the fish. It was inedible. Tough and chewy. Very upsetting to get that after a long day of work.

If you are looking for a quick place to order online and drop in to pick up lunch...this is NOT the place. They do not have a pick-up line so you have to wait in the main line where everyone is placing orders. I haven't ordered from here in a long time and missed the cilantro lime rice. Now I know I should have ordered from Torchy's or Velvet Taco. They both have easy pick up options where you can bypass the main order lines. Disappointed and now irritated today. First world problems, I guess 🙄

The Truth
All of the 4 and 5* reviews, certainly drank too much at the bar, before eating. It isn't that good and the service is worse. Make sure you tip the cashier for taking your to go order, otherwise you get no sauce and your order smashed into your hands like a football. The manager was nice about refunding me, but if she trained her crew right, there wouldn't be issues like that. Torchy's is waaaaay better, anyways.
