Great shipper and broker. Tobico was very honest about the load requirements, load time and receiver. Everything went well and we would gladly do it again when in the area.

Decent spot to pu/d. Easy in and out. Was gone in 45min. Not heavy. Have to call the # to get in the gate.
This shipper and their freight broker, Tobico Transportation, have no respect for truckers. They ordered our truck from over 300 miles away to pick up a load and then rejected the trailer because apparently the e-tracks were not high enough. And we had no prior instruction about any e-track requirements. This has never happened to us before and is completely absurd. We were not paid a TONU for this so they wasted our driver's entire day and made him lose all that money for fuel. How they waste truckers' valuable time during COVID will be made known.

Very poor customer service. Had everything ready on my behalf to start service. No one had a clue in what was going on behind the desk. Now I know why they put a sign on door with a no cash policy on orders. Trust issues within company.
