I've eaten here once before, a little over a year ago, and the food and experience was fantastic. Visited today and it felt like a completely different business all together. If anyone has any experience with steamed rice, then you know what old, or stale, or refrigerated rice tastes like, and this rice was a very poor quality. I ordered a wagyu beef, katsu chicken presidential or whatever it's called, and a kimchi pork. After about 12 minutes of waiting, I went to check on my order and the girl who took my order looked at me like she didn't recognize me, and I had to tell her I placed an order literally 12 minutes ago and was seeing if it was ready. Then had to wait another 10 minutes. 2 people that ordered after me got there food before me. This normally would not be a big deal. However when I finally got home, about a 10 minute drive, the onigiri were cold, the rice was stale, and the flavor was sadly very lackluster. To top it all off, they got my order wrong. I received 2 wagyu and the presidential, and no kimchi pork. These food items are not cheap, and if they're gonna be listed at this price, then the quality and service must match what you're paying, which with this visit, they are not. If I try them again and have a better experience, I will update this review. But right now, I was greatly disappointment.

P.S. Some tips for onigiri; Japan sells them literally in convenient stores and they're sealed in saran wrap, that may help with freshness. They also season the outside with a LITTLE salt and sesame seeds.

Hair in my musubi. They did remake it though. She was really sweet. Didn't care for the potato or hot fry dog. But was overall a unique experience .

Waited 30 minutes for stale rice. Paid over $10 and it was literally coming apart just opening the box. I live right across the street so theres no way it was damaged being in my car. Highly disappointed

Great little spot with quality food. I like the mayo tuna and the spam. Good portions two onigiri is enough for me. Small covering but no place to sit down cause it’s a food truck so I always sit in my car.

I came with my family to try it out we order there chicken sandwiches and there Korean corn dogs so 4 of there Korean corn dogs and 4 of there chicken sandwiches when we got our order the Korean corn dogs was raw in the inside and very salty and burnt all at the same time and the chicken sandwich was stone cold on the inside and very burnt on the outside it was just a mess when I went back to tell them about the chicken sandwich and corn dogs they got very defensive and rude they didn't offer to remake our order they looked at me like I was stupid and told me to throw it away I told them are the going to remake our order or give me a refund and that's when they said OK I'll remake it and slammed there window, when I finally got my remake order it was very much burnt both the sandwiches and Korean cordogs which we couldn't eat it I was so mad and didn't feel like arguing no more so me and family just left without our food and our money $60 dollars down the drain very disappointed
