I used to come to this place often before but after this new teenage guy worker comes I waited for my drink for nearly 30 mins to be done and for other customers that came after all gots their drinks finished before me.

Service is nice and the atmosphere is lovely (great for studying - pillows made it really comfy) but the actual drinks are subpar I'm afraid 🥲 really watery and tasteless and the boba pearls were hard as well

Normally I have a great experience here, however that was not the case today. The two workers were cussing and dropping the fbomb nonstop to each other while I was there (while a student was trying to work at a table). They made comments about not knowing how to make the drink, and they left out a key ingredient in my drink. Disappointed because I do like going here, but not after my recent experience.

Do you see what I see? Where is the milk foam? It’s missing. It’s can be okay when they were sorry if it was no more. Instead of that, they told me that it was mixed together. But I am a big fan of GongCha so I know that the milk foam can be on the top, if it was mixed, it just was there. And the thing I didn’t like that about their attitude that they didn’t sorry or solved the problem for me.

I usually came here but this timeI ordered olong milk tea with pearl and added on milk foam.The drink come out with no milk foam, the staff told me he put it at the bottom and it already mixed with the milk tea😃

I love the tea but every time I go the employees completely ignore me or just rush to go talk. Just went and they were gossiping the whole time and then standing there with my cup in their hand talking. Around 245-3

The worker was polite and gave fast service! The store was very aesthetic and clean. Great place! A little expensive but I think comparably normal to other places. I got a large Thai tea with boba for $9
Gotta support something from my country 🇹🇼 I love this place!!! Mango milk slushy, passion fruit yogurt slushy and brown sugar milk tea with pearls are our favorites! The vibes are chill, and they have bunch of games to play! Overall a good place to hang out with friends! One thing to be picky about is the quality of pearls is not always good.. I’ve had disappointing ones before but I might have high standards.

I visited the store today and I asked for dirty brown sugar they said they are out of milk and I asked for strawberry caramel and they said they are out of caramel and I ordered brown tea and asked for pearls and they said they are out of pearls I don’t know who owns this place better take care of the store don’t waste the customer time
