Beer is always great! Service is less than stellar. Bartenders have no clue about the beer and they are super unfriendly.

Love to frequent this place. Great environment and tunes. The beer is great and they always have fresh new flavors.

Positive vibe brewery focused on it's own craft brew. Ventured in on a scorching hot August afternoon and the Ranger Pilsner hit the spot. Small beer menu with IPAs getting the most attention followed by German craft then sprinkles of other brew styles. Absolutely loved the fact they were spinning vinyl and piping it through the sound system. Decent prices and very relaxed atmosphere.

Good beer. Bad service. The bartender never uttered a single word while there. Get a personality and drop the attitude

Great brewery. Bitter Buffalo is the winner. One of the best westcoasts I've ever tried.

Haven’t had a bad experience here. Great selection of beers and the bartenders make great conversation. Definite best brewery in Lubbock. 5/5

don't go here when the bartender with curly pink hair and glasses is working. she's entirely rude and unprofessional. I've worked in the service industry and she has no tact or respect when talking to customers.

I usually love this brewery, but the bartender was very rude tonight. It surprised me as I’m a bartender myself but coming back with snarky remarks every time you or a friend says something or trying to make conversation yourself met with rude stares from the female bartender tonight and annoyed diologue doesn’t really feel like the goodline I once knew. Watch how ur staff interacts with the guests ? the male bartender was fun and lighthearted!!!

As I followed the audibles from my Google Maps assistant toward Good Line Beer Co, all I could think was, “This doesn’t look right. I can’t imagine a brewery being in a residential neighborhood, much less one that looks like it has seen its better days.” But boy was I wrong.Right there amid little mid-century cracker box houses it stood, an equally unassuming structure from which I could hear laughter and good times emanating thanks to doors and windows being thrown open to embrace the spring warmth. The old F-150 out front is a nice prop, reinforcing their quirky, laid back sensibilities. The place was packed, as it was a Friday afternoon. In university terms, that’s Happy Hour times five. From the looks of my fellow beer drinkers, they appeared to be a sophisticated lot, no doubt converging on Good Line not just for brews and good times, but also scholarly colloquy. Since that is in my genetic makeup, it felt just right. My flight tray was a hoppy set of three plus a malty finisher, starting with Bitter Buffalo IPA (6.8% ABV; 70 IBU), and proceeding to Floating In Space Pale Ale (5.5% ABV; 35 IBU), Clouds Of Fog IPA (7.3% ABV; 27 IBU), and Electric Candlelight Schwarzbier (5.3% ABV; 27 IBU). They all get high marks, but my fave of these was the Bitter Buffalo, followed by the Electric Candlelight, if only because I do love me a good dark beer too.Because I was in the middle of some major brewery hopping, I had to limit myself. I grabbed a four-pack of Holy Rattlesnakes West Coast Red (6% ABV; 70 IBU) in cans to take home, which I have now consumed. That was an amazing mashup of styles! It has IPA bones, but the flesh of a pleasant red ale. I honestly can say I have never had anything quite like it.Of Lubbock’s six breweries, Good Line is the clear winner, although I must also say I did not find a bad brewery in the bunch. Lubbock is fortunate to have to many great establishments brewing great beer! It’s just that if you have time form only one, then Good Line is your choice.
