Really disappointed in my last visit here. The server Brooke had a quite cold demeanor but whatever, we order drinks and food. She proceeds to make other guests’ drinks that arrived after us before making ours and making it wrong at that. Then to top it off brought all of our food (appetizer & entree) late, the food was just slightly warm to the touch when we got it. The server did not seem to care if we were actually satisfied and had zero urgency. There were less than 10 patrons there at the time so it wasn’t a matter of her being too busy or overwhelmed with customers. We really enjoy coming here but this makes us not want to come back anytime soon.

Whether you’re ordering a classic cocktail or asking for something creative, she nails it every time. Her attention to detail and ability to remember regulars’ preferences really stand out.
The atmosphere at Ground Zero is great on its own, but Keira takes it to another level—her energy keeps the place lively and inviting. If you’re stopping by, make sure to grab a seat at the bar and let her mix you something special. You’ll definitely leave impressed!

Ground Zero was amazing, but what really made the experience unforgettable was our server Paris. From the moment I sat down, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was so friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu, giving great recommendations that made the meal even better. The food was fantastic, but the way my server took care of me is what stood out most. It’s rare to come across service that feels so genuine and professional at the same time. I’ll definitely be back, not just for the great food, but because of how well we were treated. Big thanks to my server Paris.

Atmosphere is extremely loud, dirty and cold. If you’re over 21 this is probably not the place for you. Looks nothing like the pictures online, the bathrooms were also extremely dirty and not kept up with. We were also told several items we wanted to order would be “more expensive because it’s a game day”?!?! So they are up charging on game days instead of having deals?!? Overall very poor experience and we won’t be back.

After being in Lubbock for only 2 months, had to try this place which is across the highway from TTU stadium. I had the chicken fried steak (pictured), a marvelous dish with mashed potatoes and green beans. The steak was perfect and the whole sauteed beans had onion and bacon which was amazing.
