Happy's Shaved Ice, Bubble Blends and Lemonades

Everytime I go to Happy's I get the best customer service and the drinks and snowcones are amazing. I'd like to also say a worker named Addi at the one in wolfforth was was so nice and welcoming.

Strawberry is my choice. I tell myself, I’m going to try another flavor but I can’t bring myself to take the plunge and I order a strawberry. Give them a try and you’ll be happy with any flavor you choose.

I just waited 7 mins and called 3 times while waiting in the store. I could hear the phone. I said hello 3 times out loud hoping someone would respond. I could see a brown haired girl in the back but she never came out. I had to leave because I was ordering for my 5th grade daughter’s lunch who wanted to try boba for the first time.

Got out drinks melted. Shaved ice was melted. And one of our drink wasn’t even filled all the way. Very disappointed because I know people who work here and they serve awesome community service but don’t get the same in return.

This is my favorite smoothie place in Lubbock. I always get the mango. It’s my favorite flavor. This is definitely a must try if you’re in Lubbock don’t forget to get some Boba or jelly’s they are delicious!

I got a sour apple and blue coconut snow cone and it was sooooooo good! The ice is so smooth and it just melts in your mouth. The service was great and fast. The decor has like a whimsical vibe it’s really cute. I do recommend going here it’s so good!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Very friendly staff and great product for the price!
Staff was very understanding of some customizations I asked for in my drink! Will absolutely be going back SOON!
Also I usually don’t care for blended Thai tea (usually it’s too icy/not creamy enough) but their blended Thai tea is AMAZING! Still very sweet and creamy without losing that iconic Thai tea taste ?

$6.03 for a large lemonade… yikes! Great way to keep people from coming back. You couldn’t sell it for $3 and only make a 300% profit, you have to make a 600% profit?

Employees at this location are awful and rude. I bought my daughter and niece to this location and they forgot my daughter’s shaved ice. I nicely reminded them twice, my 10 year old niece even reminded them. (Keep in mind everyone is ignoring me, walking away with an attitude and me having to wave them down from only 3 feet away) went to ask for the 3rd time cause I didn’t think it took 30 mins for a shaved ice and everyone who came after us had their orders. They then had the audacity to question if I actually paid for the shaved ice. I showed them the receipt, then went to sit down. I could hear them in the back asking the girl who saw my receipt if I actually paid, they came from the side door asking to see my receipt AGAIN because “we need to make sure you paid for it”. I am not one to ever pull the race card but I never felt so out of place to be ignored and questioned about a 3$ shaved ice until today.
