Went for lunch today only to find it closed but multiple cars outside. I don’t know what’s going on but very disappointing. Ohana will be getting my business from now on, they were at least open today.

We made reservations to celebrate an occasion and when we showed up they accused us of lying about making a reservation and couldn't accommodate us. (The manager who took our reservation admitted to making a mistake but they wouldn't fit us in without an hour wait.) Very disappointing when our kiddos were excited and the host team came across unwelcoming and accusatory.

So the atmosphere is fine and the staff is nice no incidents. The food however was just not that okay? The fruit was just a little too past ripe like, soft grapes and squishy oranges, they looked okay but were bad lol idk honestly so many things were just one bite eats that I would've gotten more of usually. I didn't try noodles bc I got full on first bites very fast lol

When there was a bug in our food the staff did absolutely nothing and even tried to kick us out. The food was bland and mid and the staff were not very nice. Will not be coming back sorry

The outside of the building and the buffet area and seating areas are beautiful. The food and variety of food are amazing. But if you go to the bathrooms, it is like you entered an alley in a 3rd world country, it's gross in there

The food was fine it tasted great but the next day… girl u ever throw up so hard it comes out ur nose?? Food poisoning like you would not BELIEVE. don’t get me wrong, the food tasted great but be more careful than I was with whatever you’re getting and make sure it hasn’t been left out unless u like ur butt tingling and feeling dizzy for the next three days

Trust this....they don't wash their silverware properly.! They had me literally wiping food particles and debris, still swimming in swampy water ( rice, noodles, straw wrappers) off the forks and placing them in the tray to give to customers...disgusting. I should call the health department.

We knew going in that we were risking a hot, fresh meal because this was a buffet, and it was 1 pm when we walked in. We were greeted and charged at walk-in, seated, and then served by a very nice and attentive gentleman. The selection at the buffet was 10 out of 10. They offered a little of everything! I noticed they had hibachi in the rear of the restaurant. I talked to a very nice young man who talked me through the process and how to make my selections. He treated me very kindly, like we were having a chat among friends. While I waited for my food, I checked out the sushi. They had so many options, but I went with the California roll. I also made some selections at the buffet. I sat down and had my hibachi, and it was so good! Hot and fresh! The sushi was disappointing. You could tell it had been sitting for a while. The food selections from the buffet were the same, lukewarm, and definitely could tell they had been sitting for a while. The sugar puff and rolls were so good! The ribs and fried rice were tasty as well. But I feel like if you want to enjoy it and get hot and fresh food, you need to show up right when they open. Price was about $20 per person, it's a little cheaper during the week. All in all, it was a good experience. My son chose this place for his bday and was happy with his choice. I think we will go back, but probably soon as they open. Shout out to the very nice young man (and his wife who worked there also) from Guatemala working the hibachi. I appreciate your kindness!
