We had a group of 11 after the Texas Tech graduation eat here. The food was really fresh and tasted great. The server was on top of his game and we didn't have to ask for anything.
I highly recommend Hyashi buffet! They also have Mongolian bbq & sushi. Everything is kept really clean, which is one of the reasons I keep coming back, well that and the food, of course!
The Service specific rating would've been lower if not for the very (clearing plates and filling drinks, as well as filling requests) attentive waitress. I noticed her wiping down tables and chairs in the proper (let's be honest, no one wants to eat at a table that's been wiped down with a cloth that was JUST used to wipe the chairs that had people's rears planted on them) order! That young lady was on the ball, unlike whoever was responsible for restocking...
