Came here for a healthy option. It's a little out of the way and service to make the food is slow.... Its so slow they made my Açaí bowl first (to go) and 15 min later I got my shake. The PB shake was awesome then I tried the Açaí bowl.... it was liquid soup by the time I got to it & did not have much flavor. I would get the shake again but I would never order the Acai bowl from here again. I was also a little disappointed that breakfast options shut down at 10:30 am.... I arrived at 10:45 and they did not offer to accommodate:(

We recently found out my daughter has Celiac disease. It was great to be able to eat out and not worry about cross contamination. A truly gluten free cafe! The food was wonderful, and the staff was friendly and answered all our questions! It was an excellent experience and my daughter got to feel normal at a cafe and not worry about getting extremely sick! Thank you Healthy Essentials for having a healthy, delicious, gluten free alternative! We will be back very soon!

Their healthy meals in ready serve containers are the best. It's fast and convenient for me to have throughout the week ready to go. My son loves the bacon Mac and cheese. :) Also the sandwiches, soups, salads, and chips are good. Drive thru, pick-up, or dine in for a smoothie, coffee, tea, or food. I've sat in the dining room a few times to do some work on my laptop (free WiFi) because it's not too busy inside and it has a coffee house vibe. It's also nice to see what healthy drinks and supplements and snacks they have on the shelves.

My daughter and I were in the area and decided to give this place a try for the first time well the lady who took our order at the drive thru was rude. I was asking questions about the menu bc I’ve obviously never been there and she sounded annoyed and like she didn’t want to assist me what so ever. After ordering she didn’t even tel me anything. So I ended up leaving. Items on the menu sounded great, too bad we didn’t get to try.

Horrible service. The manager kept getting my orders pick ups confused and then later accused me of not paying for a week but only for half... when I actually paid for the full week! I have to pick up 2 or 3 times a week and she doesn't tell me until it's 1 hour before it's ready... Then apparently I get accused of having "an attitude" when I complain Becuase I'm trying to get juked... and get accused of cursing at them when that never happened? Good food but ridiculous service. Very unorganized. Order online instead!
I actually really liked the meals I’ve ordered from here but I’ve ordered the chicken enchiladas and another chicken meal and 3 times that I’ve ordered a meal with chopped or shredded chicken in it there have been multiple bones in the meal. The first time I thought oh that’s not a big deal that happens sometimes but this is the 3rd time so I don’t think I’ll be eating here anymore.
