After all the negative reviews I was skeptical to come in.Got a Dos Equis on draft.Guy bartender was cleaning when I came in.He was extremely nice and quick and efficient and was excellent and the small talk in between.I hope this gives hope to everyone else coming through and a end to the 1 stars.

It is now called Hop & Cask. It carries the same stuff- beer, wine, liquor, wings, burgers, nachos, salads. Theming facelift, same food and drinks.

Can't give a lower rating because its not available. Just stay away. I travel often thru LBB and have never had a positive experience. I rather have a snickers bar than going back. Customer service is not measurable and mind you, they expect a tip. No need for aggregation. I will be ok without that drink!

Do not go here...it is an island and in the airport. The lady at the bar is lazy. My wings were burnt to a crisp and I got carrots not celery. STAY AWAY

It was obvious that by entering the bar to grab a drink before a flight, we were an inconvenience to the bartender, whom was more concerned with a football game than working.
Attitude and demeanor were terrible. While there were six taps, no draft beer on-hand. Isn’t this a bar?

Worst bar ever. I was there for 15 minutes and was never acknowledged! I was walked past several times. Really pathetic when you cannot even get an over priced beer!

On 02/02/19, went in at 3:45 pm for a beer before my flight. Very unprofessional and I couldn't find an email address or phone number to leave a complaint so resorted to leaving a google review-the bartender refused to serve a woman glasses of water from the tap. “You can buy a bottle or go to the food court for a cup, you don't want mine, it's not filtered.†Seriously? I waited until after that conversation to try and order a draft beer and was told “noâ€. After looking flabbergasted, she explained they were out of draft. “Sorry.â€

Had the worst customer service here ever by the woman who takes orders from the bar on Sunday! She was overly rude and just ups and leave to have a smoke. Not real to be at work! The cheeseburger and fries was good. The BBQ player was awful, thank goodness for the slaw, toast and French fries or this would have been a in the trash can disaster.

Know before you go-- it's bar service only. Don't enter and expect someone to greet you at your table. It's great for getting a drink at the bar and chilling before your flight but don't expect anything more. For food, Burger King is your best option in this ho hum airport.

The heavy set prematurely gray hair lady is about the worst customer service person ever. You might as well be invisible. Lubbock has some serious problems wirh quality labor. Pathetic.
