Really awesome atmosphere. First tim eating there. Boil are expensive but Are delicious.

Delish!! Veronica was our server- she was so kind and attentive! Her joyful attitude made us feel right at home! She ensured that our order was correct and timely! plus her kindness made the entire experience that much better!

came into here to eat for texas tech game day and the staff was on point. we were very nicely greeted and seated. our server was jeremy and he was fantastic. we could tell he was busy but he made a huge effort to adhere to our needs. will definitely be coming again and requesting jeremy.

I can't rave enough about this place!!! I'm so happy I decided to give this place a try cause they just got added to my top five favorite places to eat. The seaboil that my daughter and I got was soooo delicious and the food was sooo fresh, too! The waitress we had was so sweet and attentive, which you can't best these days! If you haven't tried this place out yet, you definitely won't be disappointed when you do!

Used to be my favorite spot. Until our waiter Crystal took it upon herself to tip herself after profiling us 😂 some nerve! Then I call to address it & the manager Connie tells me I’m lying cause the waiter gives us a pad to fill out (which I never got) but was told I was lying about. Connie told me she would call me back after previewing camera footage cause they knew I was lying & there was no way she could have tipped herself. After seeing the footage called me back & apologized & told Crystal not to do that again. Crystal told her that I said to leave a $10 tip & it must have been a misunderstanding. No more like a scammer named Crystal working for this company. Pay attention to your receipt.

An hour before they close and the Host ask how many. We had 4. Then immediately tells us with some attitude, just to let you know, Our Kitchen closes in 18 min. Then trys to sit us. Decided to walk out!

Hook & Reel didn’t disappoint again. We had a signature boil and it was delicious. Our waitress, Veronica was top notch. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and took great care of us. Friendly atmosphere, tables were very clean and excellent service. We will definitely be back!

We love this place, always good when we go but this time was great! Food was great, service was amazing and our waitress was the BEST! Veronica was soo nice and so patient with us while ordering and kept a smile throughout the whole entire time we were there. She checked on us quite often, which was very nice. We loved her energy and her vibe and everything was just great. Thank you!!

Bad experience charged a $50 tip without me knowing and then wanted me to leave more tip I’m not going back again also when I brought it up to there attention they didn’t help fix it
