I place an order online and decided to eat inside the restaurant instead the manager said it would be a fee since I didn’t order inside the restaurant like what great customer service we come here all the time and it’s always expensive but good just wanted to express the thanks for over charging.

Our first time having a seafood boil was ruined by poor service from Alexa. We originally wanted to order the Firebird for Two, but she suggested the Valentine’s Special instead. When we asked if it had the same ingredients, she assured us it did—but it turned out to be completely different.

Love the food. We got the Family feast for $150 that fed 2 adults, 2 preteens, and 2 younger ones. The only downside is the service we had. 2 girls were working in our area and both looked like they had attitude. Our waitress said they only had water or lemonade to drink but 2 other tables were getting sodas and beers. When I asked our waitress to take our small appetizer tray she rolled her eyes and sighed. I spent $230 all together.
