Amazing teas and great service. My gf's tea order wasn't exactly what she wanted and they were willing to give her a different order. The staff is accommodating! Great job!

This has to be the absolute worst HTeaO location that I’ve ever been to. I realize it’s just a drink store, but there has to be some level of training and competency the owners and manager provide the staff working. I also realize this is very close to a university so you’re going have very young staff but again training for working in a retail store is important. My first negative interaction involved me bringing my own cup in and the girl charging me $11 for one drink. When I argued that I was actually supposed to get a discounted rate when you have your own cup she said she supposed to charge more which goes completely against what the main website for HTeaO states. Additionally, when we go in, we almost always buy the same thing. I can tell you, without a doubt, we are never charged the same dollar amount for the exact size same drinks each time we’ve gone in.

We had a large meeting at work this week and I volunteered to bring tea for everyone. I came in the morning to buy 4 gallons and also brought my own cup to refill. When going to pay, I indicated that I also needed to purchase a Sleeve of cups. The staff indicated she couldn’t sell cups. I mentioned to her that I’ve done this multiple times before and that without the cups, we couldn’t drink the FOUR GALLONS of tea. She indicated she couldn’t find the button on the screen to purchase the cups so I wasn’t able to buy them. Again, this is a lack of training from management and just another example of poor management of this location. I left empty-handed, went to another tea, location in town and spent my $40 with a welcoming well trained company that I will continue to support.

The employees are always pretty friendly. The place is always very clean. My husband had questions about ordering the gallons and the employee was very helpful and accommodating. Love this place and love their tea!

They charged me $26 for a 5 gallon water jug, then they have the nerve to charge $3 more to fill it up... this is a water company?? Their water is not THAT GOOD!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO PUT PRICES LIKE THAT! EVEN THE EMPLOYEE WAS EMBARRASSED ABOUT THE PRICE!!🤬🤬🤬

Not great but not horrible either. If you want just some normal sweet tea or plain tea, it's good for that. Good service!

We love HTeoO!!! HAD to make a stop on our way in and out of town! And they make coffee, it doesn't get better than that!

Great tea and for a very reasonable price. Went in expecting the usual $15 for 2 drinks like most places charge but walked out with 2 small teas for under $7. It’s a pretty unique experience and feeling being able to walk in and blend and sample all their teas. Cool place

I’ve been a very loyal customer since they first moved to Lubbock. The rewards program up until recently has been very rewarding. Since they changed the app, it’s been extremely difficult to use. Really hoping this gets resolved quickly.

Was charged $50 for three 5 gal water refills and two teas. They told me they refunded me, but my charge is still there! Careful of the girl that looks 12 with braces. She cannot click buttons right

Best tea in Lubbock! This place has great teaching and even better service. I get tea from here at least 5 times a week.
