if I could give ZERO STARS I would....owner replied to this offering me a refund and another pizza, I came here for it and to show on review where it said, when I got here, the owner had changed his response to simply contact them....i tried talking to a manager who was not helpful at all...he did not want to give me any phone numbers for anyone higher up, and then stated that he had ZERO informations as to the owner of the place or how to contact them...very first time I went there they messed up my order! guy was standing about 2 feet from me taking my order, it was quiet, we had a small conversation about the toppings on the pizza, and I thought everything was good. as it turned out, I went ahead and opened the pizza and it's good because they had put the wrong topping on it.... I'm curious if the guy doesn't know the difference between banana peppers and bell peppers, because I ordered bell and got banana.....

Odered double siracha drizzle on our pizza. It came without any and barely had any sauce. Ordered extra sauce on our other pizza, still had barely any sauce. Pizza was also basically cold by the time we got it. Not the first time an order has been incorrect at this location.

I was not up to cooking and decided to give Hungry Howie's a shot. They had a really good sale so if it turned out bad, the loss would be minimal. Turns out the pizza was really good except that I had to cut my own slices! Yup, they forgot to cut my pizza for me. I called to inform them and was kind of brushed off. I enjoyed the pizza enough that I didn't bother with how my call was handled. Will I go back? Time will tell.

We ordered the steak, mushroom and cheese sandwich. It looked great on the outside, but it turned out to be a lettuce and tomato sandwich. There were no mushrooms and only three quarter sized pieces of thinly sliced meat. We regret ordering the lettuce now. The bread had good flavor and we did enjoy the cookie which is the only reason we are giving this review two stars. Disappointed overall.

This is our new go to place. The pizza was hot,delicious,fresh and the options for toppings and crust was amazing.the workers where helpful and answered questions we had.and you cannot beat the price.

Use to be my favorite pizza place in town had a problem with the manager after they forgot My pizza at the drive thru window for over 15 Minutes had to go in to get it they didn't even care talk to regional manager he made a apology said he would compensate us etc never heard from him ever again and never got compensated they are rude dishonest people running this location and will never return I was a weekly customer before this happened sometimes twice a week to bad they couldn't just make it right

Best pizza ever! The crust choices are amazing, the sauce is incredible and their gluten free beats any pizza place I've ever been. Please bring one to the Dallas area. Perferably Sherman, but I'll drive to Dallas for it.
