I placed an online order in the app. I got there at the pick up time several hours later and the store was closed. Well within the verified store hours. No note or anything of the sort through the app, no sign on the door indicating why they were closed.

Walked in to the university and 13th location got looked at dirty, and then the manager made a comment of they look mad because they’ve been waiting. We ended up walking out because they never came to help us and they were commenting talking about us in the kitchen, which was not even a foot away from where we were standing.

The classic cookies are very basic. They taste like refrigerator dough you buy at the grocery store. The deluxe cookies are very good. I recommend the chocolate chunk blondie.

We’ve always had a great experience with Insomnia’s delivery, but my husband and I had the worst time with the driver last night. It took forever to get our cookies. At first, it was because they were still in the process of baking some of the items we ordered which was totally fine and understandable and didn’t add too much time onto our order. But the driver ended up delivering to the wrong address as the delivery picture had the wrong doormat. I even double checked that I had entered our address correctly. I then called the store and they were so sweet and immediately offered to send a new order our way. When I got the notification that our new order had been delivered, I checked the new delivery picture and they had literally delivered the new box to the same house they did the first time! They stacked the new box on the old box??? We were about to call the store again when we got a doorbell camera notification and finally got our cookies. Maybe it was a new driver, but we waited at least an hour and a half, maybe longer, for our order. Furthermore, the cookies were not warm at all, so that left us to think the driver gave us the first box and took the fresh one. Needless to say, we had an incredibly subpar experience due to the driver.

If you don't like your job time to look for another. Cookies are great that is why we keep going! I take one star off due to the rudeness..
