We were there around 8p on the Friday of TTU graduation. We were the only ones there when we arrived, but the store filled up quickly with just two more small parties. They were out of the seasonal cookies, but we were able to order several cookies and ice cream sandwiches between us. The cookies were cold and ok, the ice cream sandwiches were good, the service was indifferent. It’s close to campus and within walking discuss to considerable student housing, so convenient for students or those wanting cookies close to campus.
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s not a lot of room inside this location so can be difficult to navigate if there are people waiting.

Minimal sitting area. No bathroom, that I saw. The under the counter cookies are too dry. They’re usually stocked with all of the menu’s items. The staff is attentive on arrival but not preemptively helpful. Moderately clean. The property owner is not supplying enough light for customers and delivery personnel beyond the business’s interior lighting through the windows.
I’ve been to this location multiple times and thankfully have only had 1 issue once which was resolved by then management. And tonight I went in when I placed an order online and the Manager on duty was rude, short (in conversation with solution) I believe her name was Amberlee. When provided with the # of how to get assistance to report the refund she said “I think this is the corporate #”. As a manager myself I understand we don’t always have all the answers but it’s the assurance that you try to find one for the customer and unfortunately my solution wasn’t even part of her customer service which she lacks! Definitely need to be re-trained or at minimum be able to provide customer service which she did neither of!
Thankfully corporate resolved immediately and provided with the refund and complimentary order due to a mistake on their system.

I have used this location several times so I’m not understanding what happened this time. Texas tech is out for the holiday so it’s dead. No one was inside yet the female worker has an attitude. Stood there and listened to me go back n forth about the limited time cookies instead of just saying they were out from the beginning then to top it off the cookies I received were cold. .. why?? Do better.

We went in as a family on 09-28-2024 around 5pm. The girl working the counter was RUDE, unprofessional and stoic to be honest. She never greeted, barely looked up to take the order, didnt speak and walked ever so slowly to the back to get cookies like she was irritated. She put our order above the ice cream counter. We had ice cream and she just sat it there without saying it was ours or ready! The cookies were NOT GOOD. They were old and stale. From all the reviews, why is this girl still there? We used to visit often through the years.This place is not the same. For being a hot spot in the TECH area, you all need motivated, friendly, high energy, customer service oriented staff.

I absolutely think it's time that each never one of us with a complaint contact corporate and write them out letter in detail I promise you there will be a change if this franchise.
