The cookies were fine but they were not warm because it took them over an hour and a half to deliver them. Normally I wouldn’t complain but when I called the store to try and get an update they weren’t able to provide me with any information or update on where my order was. I ordered the cookies at 7:45 they did not arrive until 9:20pm. I was ready for bed at this point due to having work the next day and just left the cookies for tomorrow since they weren’t warm anymore anyways. Just a disappointing experience for pricey cookies.

Came in at 12:00 am and I had asked what cookies they had ready and they responded with the normal cookie. Then they made me wait 40 minutes while they were cooking them and the girl went on her phone. People asked how much longer and they couldn't give a good time estimate. Very poor service would probably not go again for some time.

Placed an order for my daughter birthday and the driver delivered to the wrong place the girl i spoke with on the phone was rude beyond reason and then we had to wait another hour and a half to get more cookies no discount or anything

Placed an order online around 12:30 said it would be ready around 12:45 so I drive here and pull up , it’s closed , They don’t close till 1am ! Some management they got here! Just wow ! I live 15 mins away and I wanted insomnia So I ordered it on the app And had to cancel it because it wasn’t gonna be ready AN INCONVENIENCE POOR MANAGEMENT, , BEWARE WHEN ORDERING

When you advertise your store to be open until 0100, it should be open until 0100. Showed up to collect my pickup order tonight only to find lights off and no one behind the counter. Absolute waste of time. To include, I’ve watched two other customers arrive to find the store closed as well. Fix it.

I placed an online order in the app. I got there at the pick up time several hours later and the store was closed. Well within the verified store hours. No note or anything of the sort through the app, no sign on the door indicating why they were closed.
The girl we had on 10/15 at 11:30 was so sweet and was working so hard even though she had a full lobby. Absolutely loved her and her attitude made the experience 10/10 better!!!

Walked in to the university and 13th location got looked at dirty, and then the manager made a comment of they look mad because they’ve been waiting. We ended up walking out because they never came to help us and they were commenting talking about us in the kitchen, which was not even a foot away from where we were standing.
