The food is good, but the order is wrong about 50% of the time. I just got $11 back on DoorDash because of how badly they botched an order, It's not that hard to put the right wings flavors in a box AND put french fries in there.

On a Saturday night, the wait was long everywhere, but not at Chili's! We got a table right away. The food took a little too long, but it was good. My son and I had brisket quesadillas and enjoyed them. I will come back to this location.

My husband and I like their sauces and flavors. They are better than Buffalo Wild Wings. There has only been one mishaps where we didn't get our drinks on an order. We have yet to be disappointed by their food. They are my go to for wings.

My family of 7 went to chilis on slide in Lubbock tx. Around 11am on 12/5/2021we were told we had to sit at 2 separate tables. It wes my daughter Birthday and we were not going to sit at separate tables. The girl said she could not sit us at same table. So we went somewhere else. Needs better customer service bad
