Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Worst experience ever. It was my first time there. I ordered online, was supposed to pick up by 8:30 pm. I was there waiting and they could not find my order. A manager was called at 8:50 pm and she said it would be remade because they could not find my order. At 9:00 pm I received my order, and the dressings I paid for were not in my bag. Unbelievable. Horrible restaurant and I am not returning.

Small selection of rubs. Chose the apple one and it was horrible. Ranch barely made it better. Down with ghost kitchens.
Not the best food the wings where sad dry and underseasond the ranch was watery and practically flavorless and the fries were the only thing that where kind of good and for the price we paid for the meal to be this way honestly this is just depressing sadly I wouldn't try this place out again ?

I just tried this place for the first time. Uber One had an offer buy 1 get 1 free. It was delicious!!! Will be ordering here again. Best lemon pepper bone out wings I've had ever!

Terrible service. Ordered through DoorDash for Buffalo and lemon pepper. Both flavors did not come on the wings. When called to address the issue, they replied that they were out of buffalo sauce. There was no attempt to find out if I would like a different flavor or anything like that. So I paid money for flavored wings and got plain. I will not order from here again. This used to be my favorite place to order from.
