The Guy With A name
I’ve been coming here for years. But it feels that recently there has been a decline in quality of the coffee and food. What I mean is that the consistency of how the coffee is made seems to change daily. I order the same thing and now it seems some days they’ll put way too much sweetener and other days they’ll put little to none, sometimes just forgetting to. I love coming here but it’s become increasingly hard to want to enjoy the atmosphere and drinks not knowing if the drink I may get will be as the same quality as last time. It also seems any time there is a rush, rather than taking their time for quality of coffee they rush. I’ve had coffees where the shot was completely sour because of over extraction and the milk being sour bc it gets too hot. Again I’ve been coming here for years but as of recently it seems the consistency of quality has gone down and I’ll have to maybe go to other places in the mean time.

I tried J&B coffee. I don’t tend to try new things. Ms Becky assisted me on what coffee I should try. She helped me decide on one and it was a great choice. Ms Becky was very nice and patient. She didn’t get frustrated with me when I was taking a long time.

I always go here because I work across the street and I wanna support them. They said to leave a Google review for our favorite barista, but I don't have one. Everyone there, EJ, Will, Tristan, Umi, Sarah, some of the people I still don't know the names of, they're all so incredibly kind and sweet, even on their bad days. I remember one day I had a PTSD attack before I came to JNB to get my drink, and I was sobbing. Will told me it was on the house and assured me everyone there loved me and was so happy whenever I came in and said hi to them. It really made my day a lot better cause I wasn't doing okay. And I remember having an allergic reaction to their lavender coffee (fun fact that's how I learned I am allergic to lavender) and they made me a sparkling lemonade for free so I wouldn't have a reaction to it again. They're all so nice and I really hope everyone knows that. Only thing I don't like is how busy it gets but there's not much I can do about that. There's so many humans, I'm special needs so too much noise messed with my brain. I hope they appreciate this review cause I mean every word
