My Lubbock High was rich and delicious. Craved for more but too bad I was already on the road to Dallas.
Staff was super friendly and cheerful. J&B made a perfect start to my day.

Pastry’s were amazing! The common area was very clean, very nice, and very relaxing! Brown butter toffee is such a good flavor! The cold brew wasn’t as strong as I’d usually like but the flavor made up for it! I’ll be trying an espresso drink next!

Not at all busy and 20 minutes to get a drink? Gift cards ? You can buy and load them but JBS isn't sure you'll ever be able to use them? Really ? And a snotty young man can't give you a straight answer! Try to shop local but back to Starbucks!!

I really love this place, the aura, the staff, all of it, but - every single time I go, I have bad luck with getting my drink within a reasonable amount of time. The last two times for example (in the last week) it has taken over 10 minutes to get one drink. And drinks that came in after mine, were given faster. I’m not sure why.

Had a latte, and my wife had a special something or other, and they were very accommodating of her ask. Coffe was good, pretty busy college hang out.
I’ve been coming here for years. But it feels that recently there has been a decline in quality of the coffee and food. What I mean is that the consistency of how the coffee is made seems to change daily. I order the same thing and now it seems some days they’ll put way too much sweetener and other days they’ll put little to none, sometimes just forgetting to. I love coming here but it’s become increasingly hard to want to enjoy the atmosphere and drinks not knowing if the drink I may get will be as the same quality as last time. It also seems any time there is a rush, rather than taking their time for quality of coffee they rush. I’ve had coffees where the shot was completely sour because of over extraction and the milk being sour bc it gets too hot. Again I’ve been coming here for years but as of recently it seems the consistency of quality has gone down and I’ll have to maybe go to other places in the mean time.
