We ordered food to-go at the counter. We ordered a Carmela (sandwich), a salad, and a soup.
It was great. We really enjoy stopping by Jason's for a sandwich meal.
Atmosphere received 4 stars because the salad bar was messy, the place wasn't crowded like it had just been hit by a mob of customers. We were just there long enough to make our salad and wait for our food, but I thought it was long enough someone should've cleaned it up and replenished.

I think I have been coming to Jason’s in Lubbock for over 25 years? Don’t even know how that’s possible. They had pretty busy Friday this evening and I think somehow my single person order got lost when they were trying to keep up with the crowd they had tonight. I was just trying to relax a little from a very stressful week and enjoyed a peaceful moment when the manager came by my booth and very politely and worried asked me if I had had my food yet. I responded “no, and please don’t worry about it I’m alright, I don’t want anybody to get in trouble for this”’ he never hesitated and brought me my food with a ptintout that he had credited my full meal. The food was delicious and fresh as always. Very refreshing and so wonderful how a manager kept his senses sharp and noticed a problem before I even realized it and very generous to refund my money. I have no doubt I will return for many great meals. Thank you Martin (night manager)!

Not a bad place. All the food looks fresh and taste great. The wraps are pretty small but I'd recommend that salad bar. Its a great choice compared to fast food. I gave it a lower review at first because I wasn't impressed with the wraps. But after continuing to go for the salad bar this is now one of my favorite places to eat.
