Great service and atmosphere, food is AMAZING!

Food came out cold. I ordered the stuffed catfish with mixed vegetables and potatoes. Had to return and wait again. When it came back, it was warm, but not what I would call fresh off the grill. The taste was good.

Our food was mediocre at best, which was really disappointing since we have been here previously and we're really happy with our meals. Maybe they were just having an off day.

I was so excited to try this on my last visit to Lubbock. Unfortunately, my meal wasn't very flavorful. I had the blackened chicken fettuccine alfredo, which came highly recommended. I wouldn't order it again. But, the appetizer we had, the stuffed zucchini, was fanfreakingtastic! I would definitely order that on any return visits!

Everyone that works here is so delightful to talk to. Mark, the kitchen manager is one of the nicest people I’ve met. Just started working in this shopping center in October and my favorite thing is that Jazz is right next door. I have loved coming here for years, but now getting to meet the staff makes it all the better. :) 10/10 food, atmosphere, vibes, PEOPLE.

Not good at all. We hardly touched our food. The only thing remotely good to being good was the Alfredo. Won't be going back. Also, watched an interaction with a staff member and a patron and I don't appreciate how he was treated. Nobody asked how long you have worked there and telling the patron that you'd bring out the chef to clarify something that wasn't that serious, could have been handled differently. You may have been right but there are other ways to approach the situation professionally. If they would have talked to me the way the staff member talked to that patron, I would have walked out and she would have had to eat my bill. Think twice before you speak.

Such a wonderful little place. Very unique with fantastic food and the sweetest food service workers. The margaritas were great but I’m a lightweight and couldn’t drink half ? would absolutely visit again. Order the beignets if you visit. They’re to die for.

No flavor on this food whatsoever, didn’t even smell like it had any flavor very small atmosphere type of food you’d eat if you was starving to death literally an 1/10 .

First off, as we were waiting to order we had to listen to a waitress give a paying customer a reaming telling him he ordered something he says he didn't, that was unnecessary and bad business! Then our food came out, partially cold. My fried shrimp were precooked then fried, they were almost inedible! My fried clams were like fried rubber bands! Nothing had any flavor or salt! The coleslaw was spoiled and sour!! Having heard the waitress yelling at the man across from us, we didn't say anything, just paid and left. I will NEVER go back!!

Made call in order. Asked about the Coonasschicken as I wasn't sure what come on it. After talking, server suggested Chicken al mer. I asked if it had mushrooms (major allergic) and she said no, gave ingredients of the chicken and then said there was veggies on side. Ordered other things as well. Got home, opened container and found mushrooms in veggies on chicken. So, my family ate it instead. I'm hungry!

I realize it is my fault for not clarifying further and asking if the veggies had mushrooms. Not looking for a free meal. Just everyone be aware of you have allergies as staff are not clear about their menu.

blackened filet mignon was terrible. was not a good cut of meat, it was tough and tasted like it was seared in rancid oil.
