Not terrible but the veggies are so water logged your napkins is literally soaked when holding your sandwich. It also causes the veggies to not hold any flavor, even the onions don’t taste like anything. Not impressed! Again, not terrible but you can’t really say anything good about food that has no flavor!

Every Jersey Mike’s I’ve visited in Lubbock has been top-notch. The staff are consistently friendly, engaging, and genuinely eager to connect with customers—it makes each visit a pleasure. The food is fresh, flavorful, and ready in a jiff. The store is always clean, there’s plenty of seating, and free refills are a welcome bonus. Great people, great food, great vibes.

I haven't been to a JM in 15 years, and this location made me feel so comfortable with ordering. The workers went ABOVE AND BEYOND! They actually have ingredients that aren't in the bucket and went to the back to accommodate my preferences!! Green bell peppers for the crunch and Chipotle mayo for an added kick really made my sandwich one of the best tasting! I appreciate the employees patience and sense of humor when dealing with me and my antics!

There are 3 locations in town, and all 3 are reliable and I mean that you can have your favorite order (13&17 add grilled japenos) and get it consistently delicious at each store! Im ordering 2× a week😂

My family can be pretty picky eaters! Several times we have come here and it has been uncomfortable to order the subs the way we would like. Today’s service was a complete 180! Jeremy and Zach heard our order and they cooked it so well my family had to mention it to me. On top of that, they were polite and made the ordering process easy. At the end of the day food is food, but service done right makes a difference and if these guys are working I am def coming back! Thank you guys for understanding the assignment and getting it right!

I’ve never eaten here before, just picked up orders for others. One of the guy’s recommended I come back after the gym and try #13 The Original Italian. Took him up on the sandwich and it was pretty tasty! Next time I’ll add some bacon for crunch factor. Can’t wait to try the next sub.
