This location has it down. When I walked in there was maybe 5 people in front of me and I was still taken care of quickly. The guy who took my order was friendly. The chipotle cheese steak was delicious and cooked to perfection! I’ll definitely be back

Overall very good, staff is very friendly, fast and fresh ingredients at this location. The only down side is the overcrowded parking lot which dangerous to get in/ out due people driving too fast inside small area, but can deal with it.. Enjoy!!

Three times is row I have ordered and was given the wrong order. The last time the bread was so hard I ended up throwing away the bread and switching it out with my own. The food here cost too much money to be giving out stale bread.

The staff was so rude! Ordered 3 sandwiches. 2 were wrong. I shared with them as they did this it was wrong and they snapped at me about it. The other one my son said this isnt right and they said YES- it is! They would not remake it. First and last time at the Lubbock Jersey Mikes! They were a little busy. If they took 20 seconds longer to listen and care it could have been 5 stars and returning customers. Instead rude staff and we will never be back! I know what I ordered and what my family likes as I have been around them for 30 years. Snapping that they said they wanted something they hate isnt going to help. Giving my son a hot sandwich when he didnt order it!!! It was just not worth the rude staff to argue as we needed to get to the airport. Hope you can learn to find manners!
