I just left this Jersey Mikes today and got all the way home and made it through half of my regular sub only to find a long curly string of hair inside it!!! I am disgusted and will not be coming back here and I actually gave them a tip…smh

We came in 15 minutes until closed on a Sunday night. The group of guys working were fantastic! Everything was extremely clean and sandwiches were delicious!

Service has always been great here. Occasional of you show up to close to closing they may not have the bread that you prefer which is understandable. Lubbock’s best Philly cheesesteaks are at this place.

Food is good, but the fountain drinks taste kinda like the way windex smells? Might just be something it was recently cleaned with!

Not sure what it is when an order is placed online that you always feel the need to not only make it Mike's way but make it so it's a soaking wet bun that can't even pick up the sandwich because your fingers go through it or it falls apart I'm tired of this. We no longer will order that's for sure and that may not matter to you but five people twice a week 52 weeks out of the year. But when you can't make a single sandwich right on that one night a week that it's made for one person.
