Not sure what it is when an order is placed online that you always feel the need to not only make it Mike's way but make it so it's a soaking wet bun that can't even pick up the sandwich because your fingers go through it or it falls apart I'm tired of this. We no longer will order that's for sure and that may not matter to you but five people twice a week 52 weeks out of the year. But when you can't make a single sandwich right on that one night a week that it's made for one person.

They somehow managed to complete mess up my sandwich in the 30 seconds it took to pay… paid for extras of things and never got them. Good job!

Really enjoyed my meal here today. I got the Italian sandwich, it was the perfect classic Italian.

love jersey mikes and their sandwiches but ended up still getting the red vinegar eve when i specifically asked for none and was still served the sandwich, couldnt even eat it

I don’t normally do reviews, but I know how hard it is to find good workers, who truly love their job. This was our first time in Jersey Mikes! We loved everything we tried! Elias was so helpful once we told him it was our first time in, he told us his favorites and told us the most popular sandwiches. He made our whole experience worth not going to the other familiar sandwich shops. We will definitely be back in hopes that Elias is there!
