Did an amazing job with our catering order! 10/10 and will be using this location again.
Always good food and clean restaurant. Management needs to step it up. Service sucks and no other way to put it. Six employees on duty and only one working the counter. Waited to give my order so someone else could make it. Lacks management. Not friendly as everyone keeps to themselves. One day service is good and the next it goes to crap. Needs consistency.

I just left this Jersey Mikes today and got all the way home and made it through half of my regular sub only to find a long curly string of hair inside it!!! I am disgusted and will not be coming back here and I actually gave them a tip…smh

We came in 15 minutes until closed on a Sunday night. The group of guys working were fantastic! Everything was extremely clean and sandwiches were delicious!

Service has always been great here. Occasional of you show up to close to closing they may not have the bread that you prefer which is understandable. Lubbock’s best Philly cheesesteaks are at this place.

Food is good, but the fountain drinks taste kinda like the way windex smells? Might just be something it was recently cleaned with!
