Went to Jersey Mikes 20 mins before closing and they had grill closed so I couldn’t get chicken. Pregnant and can’t have deli meat, not sure why you’re closing your menu off that early before closing but not very accommodating. Bummer.

I asked for extra pickles because I’ve been having a bad day and the staff at this store really set me up. Every single person that works at this location is beautiful and wonderful and they all deserve all the happiness in the world.
The manager was very rude. But apparently from the reviews and friends he always snap at everyone who is picking up from this Location . I would rather go to the 82nd location . Very much more professional.

I guess the honeymoon period is over at this location. We’ve spent over $130 on two visits this past weekend alone. On Sat. I placed an online order for pick up 3.5 hours later. When we arrived, not only was the order not ready, but they hadn’t even started on it, and they weren’t busy. When we arrived home, one of the sandwiches, a giant Club Sub, had very little meat on it, and the preparer hadn’t put any bacon or tomato on the sub at all. It was also soggy from being drenched with too much juice. Very disappointed in this experience, especially at the price point. I stopped going to the JM on Milwaukee because of similar issues with orders being incorrect. I’m left to assume there is a lack of work ethic, attention to detail, and managerial oversight, which is unfortunate.

The 19th st Jersey Mikes location is top tier. Their staff is always super friendly and makes it a point to ask you how your days going. The sandwiches are great and they get you through the line quick and correct.

Hate to give a Jersey mikes a 2 because they are usually the best sandwich spot but I ordered the club supreme and they made it with half the meat they usually do and didn’t put any bacon. For a $20 sandwich it was very dissapointing . I usually go to the Milwaukee location which is always better than this was.
