Went there today for the first time. Was met by really friendly staff and my order was correct. I got 2 subs to go after I ate and the staff was very prompt in making them. Some of these other reviews complain about rude staff but I interacted with 3 different people there and they were super friendly. Will definitely be back!! Food was absolutely delicious too! I came into this location a few days ago in the morning and was greeted by 3 gentleman named Preston, Jayce, and Alias with the warmest welcome. They were the sweetest and helped me with any questions i had regarding what i was ordering. Although it was a little upsetting I couldn’t get my cold sub club warmed up on the grill, their customer service made it worth the visit. Also super nice to have a location closer to home.

Our family rarely eats out, but we chose Jersey Mike's for dinner tonight. We ordered online, and our sandwiches were made incorrectly, missing the mayo, bacon, avocado, oil/vinegar, etc. Unfortunately, we won't be back.

I have never had any issues with a Jersey Mike's until I came to this location. The people who work there either need to get their stuff together or go find other work. They always have this attitude like they don't want to be there. This one person made it the last straw for me. They were incoherent like they were high on something. I had to repeat myself several times to get them to understand me. Not to mention they almost cross contaminated the spreading knife for the condiments. Yeah, I rather waste fuel going to the other two locations.

I went in and ordered one sandwich. Not only did the cashier not know what she was doing, but it took over 20 minutes to make a sandwich while i waited for them to get through a whole line of people after ordering just to get mine. When i got my sandwich, it was completely wrong and i had to send it back and wait another 25 minutes for a new one. Awful service and awful management. I understand this place is new but the lack of service this place has already is ridiculous.
