I placed a door dash order and I specifically asked for banana peppers vinegar, only black pepper, and oregano and did not get it so to pay 16$ dollars for a regular size sub and not get the toppings I asked for is highly disappointing I ate it it was nasty and it pissed me off so I called and the manager tells me he looked over the cameras and they put this that and that as if to say that I’m Lying when I know what my taste buds tasted and it wasn’t what I wanted. He asked me if I want another sandwich. I told him I don’t even want another sandwich. I just wanted him to know that that sub was nasty and I didn’t appreciate yesterday’s craving for today to be ruined like that on top of his rudeness

I would like to thank the manager who worked 12/7/25 around 1pm. I'm so sorry I don't recall his name. He called me back after the call was dropped. I was so upset about my order. He was very kind when I wasn't. This young man is the epitome of good management. Thanks .💯👍🏽

Went to Jersey Mikes 20 mins before closing and they had grill closed so I couldn’t get chicken. Pregnant and can’t have deli meat, not sure why you’re closing your menu off that early before closing but not very accommodating. Bummer.
