My food took over an hour to arrive, despite the restaurant being less than 3 miles from my house.

My toasted sandwich was cold by the time it arrived, and I ordered a side item that wasn't delivered.

The order was 'Out for Delivery' for over 40 minutes.

I usually tip by how many minutes away a driver is from the restaurant to my address. In this case the store is only 3 minutes away. I tipped 8.50 cause i deliver also for a different restaurant. I put on my order im in a white Volkswagen in the parking lot. The driver calls me and says can you meet me outside im like no i put on the order im in my car and im right behind you. She said oh we have a policy for minors. She said they dont do door deliveries and they dont deliver to cars. So i told her just hand it out the window of your car to my car. Then i thought that was a bunch of bs cause i called her manager and he said she was 18 and in like yeah thats not a minor. The whole situation is just stupid i dont know why the manger would try to take her side. Im sorry assistant manager..

Such a bad experience. I went in and no one greeted me, after I stood there for maybe 10 min asking for someone and calling. I went to my car that was around back, and saw a “delivery driver” pull in going maybe 40 MPH. I called to let him know when he got back in the store that everything was unlocked, there was no sign of employees, and I didn’t have enough time to get my food. He responded with “ok?” so I hung up. Later I went in, hoping to speak with someone else and get my late lunch. A lady working just gave me a lot of excuses, didn’t listen to me, and really did not offer any solutions to that problem. I was trying to help because their business was open with no one to run it.

Placed a lunch delivery order. Quite simply, it was never delivered. When I called to request an explanation and a refund, I was told they couldn't give me a refund because the "computer wouldn't let them." Are you serious??!!?? I promptly called my credit card company and had the charges reversed. Simply inexcusable. I won't *ever* do business with a place like this.

Not only were they extremely friendly, they didn’t act like I was an idiot for asking for a different cheese or adding onions, and as I was the only one there, the fact there was a bonus sandwich in my bag was entirely on purpose! They also gave me a free beverage! 10/10 will recommend to a friend!

Upon arriving, I noticed a man and a woman with bright red hair sitting on the curb in the back of the restaurant. Thinking nothing of it I went inside to order. The place was empty and I had to wait a couple of minutes before a young man came out from the back. He grabbed a paper towel and proceeded to blow his nose. He went to the hand washing station but only wet his finger tips. No soap, no scrubbing. He takes my order and I say if he’s going to make my sandwich, he needs to wash his hands with soap and water. Meanwhile, the two individuals from outside come in with an another guy which I’m assuming is the manager as he was wearing a polo shirt. Without washing their hands the two grab gloves from a box and begin trying to help the young man making my sandwich. I inform them I saw them outside and noticed they did not wash their hands. They acknowledged it was unsanitary and washed their hands.
In the end I basically paid for a sandwich to go straight into the trash. No way I trust the cleanliness of the store and the safety measures of the employees. I should’ve just asked for my money back but after fussing at them twice already, I didn’t want to be a Karen.

Employees had restrooms blocked and o asked if I could use it and Jeremiah said no. I told him that’s not legal to operate a restaurant with the responsibility not open. He then proceeded to threaten me after I asked for a refund to leave. I like to wash my hands before eating.

Restaurants in Texas must adhere to health and safety codes, including regulations surrounding bathrooms and hand washing facilities. Restaurants must make available bathrooms for their employees as well as two public restrooms. They must also provide hand washing sinks in food preparation areas.
