Not only were they extremely friendly, they didn’t act like I was an idiot for asking for a different cheese or adding onions, and as I was the only one there, the fact there was a bonus sandwich in my bag was entirely on purpose! They also gave me a free beverage! 10/10 will recommend to a friend!

Upon arriving, I noticed a man and a woman with bright red hair sitting on the curb in the back of the restaurant. Thinking nothing of it I went inside to order. The place was empty and I had to wait a couple of minutes before a young man came out from the back. He grabbed a paper towel and proceeded to blow his nose. He went to the hand washing station but only wet his finger tips. No soap, no scrubbing. He takes my order and I say if he’s going to make my sandwich, he needs to wash his hands with soap and water. Meanwhile, the two individuals from outside come in with an another guy which I’m assuming is the manager as he was wearing a polo shirt. Without washing their hands the two grab gloves from a box and begin trying to help the young man making my sandwich. I inform them I saw them outside and noticed they did not wash their hands. They acknowledged it was unsanitary and washed their hands. In the end I basically paid for a sandwich to go straight into the trash. No way I trust the cleanliness of the store and the safety measures of the employees. I should’ve just asked for my money back but after fussing at them twice already, I didn’t want to be a Karen.

Employees had restrooms blocked and o asked if I could use it and Jeremiah said no. I told him that’s not legal to operate a restaurant with the responsibility not open. He then proceeded to threaten me after I asked for a refund to leave. I like to wash my hands before eating.
Texas laws; Restaurants in Texas must adhere to health and safety codes, including regulations surrounding bathrooms and hand washing facilities. Restaurants must make available bathrooms for their employees as well as two public restrooms. They must also provide hand washing sinks in food preparation areas.

This is my second time in my entire life visiting a jimmy johns and they have won my heart and have taking to place as my go to sub shop!! Mandy took care of my friend and I very close to closing time with an amazing smile on her face making sure we were taken care of. What a cherry on top of my day :)
Vegetarian options: Jimmy John's mix an amazing veggie sub! No extra charge for extra veggies love it!
Dietary restrictions: Did you have gluten free options they do lettuce wraps You could get any one of their subs on the lettuce wrap

It was a horrible experience the workers were jerks. I ordered a sandwich for my son without lettuce, tomatoes or mayo I watched the employee put lettuce tomato and mayo on the sandwich I told him that sandwich didn’t have any toppings at that point another employee walked in and used his hand to scrape of the toppings and told me “that’s the best they can do” I told them I’ll bye myself another sandwich because my son wouldn’t eat it now. So they proceeded to make a new sandwich but they used the old meat and cheese covered in lettuce tomato and mayo from the old sandwich.

Got the turkey tom and only had 3 slices of turkey on it and hardly any lettuce. For an 8 dollar sandwich i expect more. Probably the thinnest sammy I've ever had and will be choosing subway or firehouse going forward.
