Had a lunch date with husband here and we always love coming here and the food we get is always delicious and hot. Our servers Lexi and Mariah were amazing and very attentive to us and our requests. Lexi and Zoe were amazing. We came in with a little league baseball team. Our party was 40+ people. The food was delicious but the best part of our visit was the amazing customer service, care, and patience that Lexi and Zoe exhibited while serving a very challenging group. Well done Ladies. You are truly amazing.

Came here for a birthday dinner and left very happy and satisfied! Mariah was a great server and the bartender Lexi came over to wish me a happy birthday which was so nice. Manager checked on us frequently to make sure we were ok. Great food, highly recommend the cajun steampot with extra rajun Cajun sauce.

Haven't had Joe's since before covid. we drive almost 2 hours to eat at the one in Lubbock...our waitress, Zoe, was very attentive and professional...which sadly, was the highlight of our meal. Crab was way over cooked, it bent instead of snapped and the crab would stick inside instead of sliding out easily...the flavor was so so ok...Zoe was very understanding and listenedl politely to our complaints. She offered to replace it. But, we declined because we needed to get back home. She gave us some certificates for free appetizers for our next visit. Hope whoever owns Joe's will take all these complaints to heart and bring Joe's back up to precovid standards!
