The lady at the drive through either cannot count or is skimming. If you don’t have exact change or pay an extra fee for using a card, be prepared to get short changed. Quality is suffering with smaller portions and tougher tortillas. This used to be a really good place to get good food for a good price.

Was a loyal customer for several years, but whenever I would go there today, they have a sign on their door saying they are giving a discount for people who pay cash. They should just say what they really mean, And if you use a debit or credit card they are making you eat their cost of business for running a credit card machine. I won't be going back.

I placed an order through Uber and did not receive my full order. When I called this location they told me they dont do refunds. Then decided to tell me I would have to call Uber to get my money back on the items I didn't receive. Lady was kinda rude and unprofessional and not understanding. She gave a very strong impression that she did not care and didn't want to talk to me. If this is the way they are gonna treat customers, Josie's may not last much longer because I will not be going back to this location due to how I was treated over the phone.
