" nostalgic "hole in the wall " simple little restaurant great food reasonable call ahead orders available ..the students at the window very good customer service They'll substitute Swiss cheese on your burger & add mushrooms ..big enough to half with a friend.open till 10pm ! I tried to call and place the order this morning. They had me on hold for four minutes. The lady hung up on me. I’ll call back place my order when I get there to get my food I realize my bread had red hair immediately I called to tell her about it. She was rude. She didn’t care to hear my complaint. Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said they will be off for the next two days.

Decent burgers, but I like the catering trays with condiments and toppings served separately.
Really good example of an old fashioned burger. It was my first time there and I opted to get the smaller burger instead of a big humongous one. It was worth it, very tasty and the tater tots were crunchy and perfect.

Went here around 4 today, horrible customer service and the food was even worse!!! Drinks watered down. Waste of money, the ladies that work here are both so rude!!! Raw burgers, chicken strips full of cartilage. Instant mashed potatoes weren’t even mixed right and still has a gritty consistency!!! Finally the Philly sucked so bad!!! Dry meat, it was an all around horrible experience here today
