It was everything I was expecting the eggs were surprisingly good (usually eggs don't slap) I liked the music and I spent 30$ but I got a Texas bowl and, yeah everything is bigger in Texas because I couldn't finish. I would have been more reasonable if I got a smaller bowl. Good price to food ratio would recommend.

Fantastic ramen! I had the dumpling ramen and it was perfect! Excellent texture, flavor, variety of toppings. The dumplings are flavorful. Spice is optional. They do have relatively loud K-pop music playing and music videos on the TV, but they do great take-out. I think this place is just as good as Fun Noodle Bar, perhaps better. I will be back to try more of the menu.

First time here and we loved it I got the dumpling soup and my husband got the k pop both with level 4 spice which was the perfect spicy and had the PERFECT flavor. Took less than 10 mins to get our food and everything was self service with kiosk.

Good portion size, but not good quality of food. I messaged in through their Facebook page and never received a response, even after being told the owner would reach out to me by phone or email.

I am a ramen enthusiast, so bare in mind this is very specific.

The broth is incredible!!! I am extremely disappointed there is no tomago. There is a hard-boiled season egg, which has good flavor, but being hard boiled feels like a hard boiled egg. Their runny egg is not seasoned, so I feel it doesn't pair well with the ramen. If there was a runny season egg that would significantly boost the dish!

The noodles are very good for traditional noodles. (My preference is thinner noodles but these being thicker does not impact my rating)

The pork does not resemble a traditional chastity pork, typically its round a charred before serving, this pork seems to just be grilled to order, and it is a little tougher than I would like. If the pork could be slow cooked that would boost this dish significantly.

The veggies and extra components are good but lack any mushrooms or nori. Personally I I really enjoy the kikurage mushrooms but it seem this establishment doesn't have any. The portions are adequate, but their Kaedama (noodles refill) is 2x anywhere else I've ever been, so keep in mind if you're a noodle lover that getting more will be a bit pricey.

I got the spice level 3 (over medium) and based of this, their spice levels are accurate and well done.

Overall, the broth (again, absolutely incredible) overwhelmingly makes up for an otherwise somewhat disappointing tonkotsu ramen. However, based on other ramen shops in Lubbock this would be one of my higher ratings in the area. I would like to try the Shoyu ramen and see what that's like, from what I have seen (and smelled) thise restaurants strong suite is their broth.

A good option for if broth is a deciding factor for your ramen preferences

Ordered curry dry ramen with chopped pork. There were maybe two bites of actual pork meat and lots more chunks of pork fat that I took out, about a cup's worth. I understand that fat adds flavor, but getting multiple bites of fat in my meal is not appetizing.

Excellent food, service, and staff!! They took great care of me as I battled with indecisiveness and choosing what I would add to my meal. They gave me what was not common and accommodated my taste buds VERY well!! Most excellent and the food came out mere moments after my friend and I sat down. Greeted, helped, and fed well! Delicious overall and absolutely outstanding service!!! Thanks K-Pop Ramen!!

Ramen has good flavor but for the price they give you limited amount of noodles and protein. It also does not taste super fresh and portions need work to be worth it.

Really enjoyed this K-pop Ramen. Simple, clean no fuss ramen place with intuitive kiosks to order if you choose not to order at register. Decor was simple, cute, and completely k-pop themed with several screens playing k-pop performances/music videos at all times, in addition to music playing over the speaker. Staff was friendly and efficient. Prices may be a bit on the higher side to some people, but well worth it imo with the portion size and quality of food. Can't wait to visit again!

The kimchi soup was underwhelming to say the least
