I really understand why this KFC is rated 3 stars. 6pm on a Friday and it is 16 minute wait on original chicken breast and biscuits, no prep, bad management, slim chicken right across street. Headed there ?

I had to wait for 16 min for some damn biscuits… mind you IRS a fast food restaurant!! Ordered six biscuits and they short me one I mean really!!! The problem is that they have a bunch of kids working there playing on the phone not doing their job

Went to get a bucket of original chicken. Was told they couldn’t make any that they didn’t have ingredients. Ok soI got crispy it’s undercooked the lady at drive through window was very rude. Our biscuits were all crumbed up the gravy was cold! When I try to call no one answers. Very very bad place do not go it’s trash!!!

I threw my receipt away, so I don’t have any names. But the food and atmosphere of the building was a 10/10. We came around lunch time on Sunday, even though they were busy they still got our order to us quick. Building was super clean. Definitely will be coming back.

Service was great. In the past has been sub par. Chicken strips seemed like had been sitting out longer than should have. Was a little tough to eat. Biscuit & sides were delicious.
Ordered at the counter. Understood I would be waiting, I'm in no hurry. Coleslaw very excellent. Cold and sweet, nice. Chicken was just a tiny bit off but nothing serious. Understandable with a mix of freshly cooked and otherwise. Will have to remember to call ahead next time.

I placed an order in drive-thru #8 it should be with two sides, nope I only hot one, no biscuit I asked for original and got crispy. It was not busy. So I can't understand the problem. KFC is mo longer a place I will visit again. Poor service.
