I placed an order in drive-thru #8 it should be with two sides, nope I only hot one, no biscuit I asked for original and got crispy. It was not busy. So I can't understand the problem. KFC is mo longer a place I will visit again. Poor service.

I ordered and paid for 3 piece mix . Original and crispy. I had to wait, which is fine. The food was very greasy. I think the biscuit was two weeks old, and the fresh french fries I was waiting for have seen better days. And to top off, I received two pieces of not three.

Asked for a sprite I got a Pepsi. Asked for a chicken sandwich I got 2 chicken littles lol. Like I'm not even mad it's KFC and it's evening shift so it's all teens. I just thought it was funny so I had to share. I'm not even mad ?

The service was just awful and the cashier was rude and did not care about serving customers. This has happened on several occasions. This will be our last. The chicken was old and extremely greasy and wouldn’t hold the breading. The box had half a biscuit and old fries scattered all in the box. You don’t get the choice of original or crispy anymore. They said that is all they had and apparently not cooking at 6:30 pm. Wow! Aside from the horrid food. No hello, thank you or I’m sorry. The young man acted like he was being bothered. I have a picture of the food and would post if I could. This picture is going on social media. I gave 1 star because you can’t post otherwise.

Pulled in to the drive through for a simple, single, new smash bowl. As I start talking she does a long rant talking fast and at the end says it’s going to be 25 30 minute wait on everything. I asked even just a smash bowl with no nuggets which from the looks of it is just fries and mashed potatoes. Of course she just kept replying everything is going to be a 30 minute wait. Mind you it’s 3pm and we’re the only ones here. Parking lot empty. I said that’s fine I’ll wait. She asked me four times are you sure, because it’s going to be a 30 minute wait.

They were actually nicer than I've had from there in a long time but our food was super old. I'm not sure on the hold time of the food but this definitely was held way longer than it should have been.
I wouldn't have given this place one star, but you have to in order to leave a review. This was the worse food that I've ever received! Although, the workers seemed friendly & polite. However, the food was very disappointing! I ordered a 3 piece meal and a 12 piece nugget meal. Upon taking the 3 piece out of the box, I had to grab a plate because the chicken was so greasy that it had soaked through the bottom of the box! My husband proceeded to at lease attempt to eat and the very greasy chicken tasted old! It was a disgrace what was passed off as a 12 piece nugget meal! When I opened the box it appeared that 2 of the nuggets had been eaten off of and the rest of the nuggets were dried out crumbs! I do not recommend this KFC! It was a was of time, money and the gas driving to it. We had to find something else for supper!
