kinda sad when have people outside WAITING for food because they locked the doors & then after waiting 20 minutes our order was wrong , then when we mention it to them , they tell us they can’t even find our order & can’t give us a refund without a receipt ( we apple paid & she definitely didn’t offer one) honestly a disgrace , at this point if you don’t want to work you might as well shut down.

I love KFC! When I want chicken it is the bird from Kentucky I turn to. However the franchise here in Lubbock is HORRIBLE! And has been consistently horrible for years. My love for KFC in general keeps me going back in the vain hopes I will be able to actually get chicken from humans that have the gift of communication in a place that is so what clean. But… no. That is far too much to ask from this franchise. They have closed all other locations and in my opinion they should just shoot this one in the head also and make room for KFC to get an operation in here that knows how a restaurant works.
Every visit for the last 2 years has been a disappointment. For example, this morning I swing through the drive thru. I order a family meal of legs and wings. Ask for side but no drinks. I also ask for a family meal of tenders (i have a big family) they don’t have enough chicken in original recipe… ok give me some crispy or whatever.. not enough chicken at all (this is noon on a icy/snowy Sunday). Ok what do they have? A second voice comes on and says hold on… almost 5min later and a 3rd voice comes on and ask what drink I would like with that. No only have we not established what food I can actually order yet, I had already said I didn’t need drinks.
No food… lack of ability or execute even basic communication, the place was filthy and greasy (I went in to try and order in person) finally left without food because of the lack of cleanliness. @KentuckyFriedChicken PLEASE send us a new franchisee or operator so we can once again enjoy your delicious chicken.

We have visited this precise location 3 times this year and ALL 3 TIMES we had to wait 20+ minutes for an order for two. We roll up to the drive through after placing our online order 15+ minutes prior and STILL had to wait.

Was there for about 40 minutes and about 20 minutes in he comes and tell me that they have no crispy chicken just original I said took u 20 minutes to tell me he had no crispy chicken it would be another 16 minutes for the extra crispy chicken to be ready.WOW. that was bad .

It’s so unfortunate that you have to place roulette when ordering from these Lubbock restaurants at night. It’s already bad enough that the price of food is high but to pay these prices and not get to enjoy the food is a travesty. I went to this location and should have driven off when they took the order but after seeing that it was only two meals and a cake , I figured it would be fine. I paid $29 and some for order and was then told to pull to the front and wait. In my head that means fresh food because I am waiting for something to finish cooking. Well sadly I was not. I got home to chicken sandwiches and fries that were old and cold. I wish all I needed was to warm it up but the chicken was well past its time and was so hard that you couldn’t chew any of the outer portion. The nuggets were the only edible part of my $30 meal. I didn’t bother calling to report to the store because they usually want you to return with the food to fix it and I simply don’t believe in taking stuff back and inconveniencing myself when you should allow me to be made whole on my own time since I’m the only one that did their part in this interaction. Basically do not bother with this location in the evening because when people are ready to go home they will serve you trash like your money does not affect their pay.

I ordered my food only to find out that I had to wait 20 minutes for the crispy chicken and then when I got home, my chicken wasn't cooked! I called and spoke to the manager who really didn't seem phased by the fact it wasn't cooked or even try to remedy the situation. Don't go here!!
