Horrible! Make this short and sweet! Placed pick up order @ 8:21 Arrived to pick up order @ 8:56 Arrived home @ 9:15 - Discovered had someone else's order. Arrived back at KFC @ 9:35 to be told it was my fault for not checking the bag.Order remade and rude employee slid bag to me and said to check it this time. Was still missing my drink. When employee was told this, she sighed,.rolled her eyes, and handed me an empty cup. I told hery.order still not complete as I ordered a Dr. Pepper with sweet cream and I had no way to add flavors at the fountain. She was obviously upset and made the drink and slid that across the counter as well.. Finally are dinner at roughly 10:00 P.M.. Hour and a half after placing the order.
Really don't know why I am leaving this review,as I do not see a single response from the owner or management to apologize to the mostly bad ones, or to say thank you to the few good ones. So it is my hope that I can save other potential customers the trouble by advising you to spend your hard earned money.elswhere,.as obviously the owner or management or employees could care.less.anout their customers who pay their salaries! Attached is a copy of my receipt of the VERY small order I placed that took so long to make, but was MY fault that was not handed to me correctly the first time. Bye bye KFC!
Thierry chicken fried steaks are good and my #1 is chicken potpie. I like it's big and the crust is flaky. I just wish it didn't have so many carrots. It was busy but got my food in a timely manner. Prices are reasonable and if you have the coupons that are sent to your mail are even better! Staff was real friendly and professional, I usually have a special request for my chicken fried steak and it gets done right. I don't like the gravey on the steak I like it on the side. But for sum reason not sure why they don't put on potatoes?? I was a happy customer.

Iām not sure when KFC took tea off their dining room drink options, but when I asked for unsweetened tea the manger said, āI only have the fountain drink optionsāwhich doesnāt offer anything beyond water and soda. My husband asked if we could substitute a small side instead of the drink like Chicken Express allows, and the manager said, āThatās not possible.ā So, driving a little over 2 miles away to go to Chicken Express will be my choice and recommendation for now on!

I got there and was rude at the get, on the microphone, I get to the window and my online order was cancelled. I asked that they recreate my other, and she called me and cheated me for my my order, and I paid. I got home (10 miles away), and I called them. They stated that i would have to drive back, if I want a refund, I have two drive back up there. This is unacceptable and I will not be back. For you, take caution and CHECK YOUR ORDER!!

Drive thru open. No inside dining. Ordered via the app. Par for Lubbock fast food, did not get anything like what I ordered. They left off the desert and all the sauces. The original recipe chicken was fine, but the tenders were way over-fried. Iām not sure why Iām surprised. Iāve been all over the country, and Lubbock has the worst fast food places by far. Itās truly ridiculous. Someone will reply with something like āif you were paid minimum wage, you wouldnāt do a good job either.ā If you base your work ethic on your wage, you are a waste of space.

Went to get our order and we got home come to find out we were missing our extra nuggets and the fries were cold. When we called she said she see the receipt and we didnāt order extra nuggets and that we paid 36$ for a 25+ tax meal
Worst location in Lubbock. Been to this location twice and both times I've had long waits and issues. The first time I came here I had a mobile order. For some reason it wasn't in the system. I showed them the receipt, order number and the charge on my bank card and the manager told them they were not allowed to make the order since it wasn't in their system. They just kept telling me to wait and wait to see if it showed up. 30 min later they agreed to make it finally and didn't even give me the correct food. The manager was very rude acting as if I was trying to get free food or something. The second time I had to come to this location was for a door dash order. The employees were mostly just standing around. Multiple customers came in and ordered and received their order before me. The door dash was 3 items and I didn't get it until 32 min past pick up time. Thanks to them I lost my dasher rating for being late. I will completely avoid this location from now on

When I pulled into the drive up there were 6 or 7 cars in line and I thought I would have to wait a long time. But surprisingly it went quite fast. I didn't get a side that I ordered, but when I checked the receipt, I wasn't charged for it. Other than that, everything was fine.
