We ordered our meal through the app. The food was exceptional, even better than some of the other stores around. Our food was hot and ready at the drive up when we got there. There were three young ladies waiting at the window when we drove up. I can't remember if I included a tip with this order. But the ladies seemed somewhat put out that I was actually at their window, wanting My food.

I sent my husband to get me a famous bowl with extra cheese and he said he waited 20 minutes In the drive thru and when I got the bowl it barely had any cheese in it… ughhhh whyyyyyy????? It was 1 simple request that I’m sure we paid for! I work hard for my money which I chose to spend at this restaurant can’t I get my order right? I’m so disappointed do better

Everybody loves KFC and the Westside -KFC has been out family go to for almost a decade! The staff is funny and friendly and the good rocks! Reminds me of being an Army brat at Ft. Hood and Still house Lake. KFC and beer! Lol

I want to express my appreciation to the manager and staff of this location. This has everything to do with quality of service and support I received. Yesterday my vehicle stalled in the drive through line resulting in me not being able to move my vehicle out of the way of other customers. I panicked and the manager came out to where I was and with a calming and reassuring voice told me not to panic that everything would be ok and they would help me resolve the problem somehow. The manager and his staff tried to even push my vehicle to a parking lot, but my vehicle wouldn’t budge. The manager offered to even call a tow for me. He calmly guided the other customers behind me out of the line and created a last minute plan to ensure all customers were still served in a timely manner. The manager constantly checked in on me to ensure I was ok while I was getting a tow truck to arrive. I’m so grateful for the manager’s patience, kindness, and compassion he showed me in a very stressful situation. We need more people like this in the world especially in the day and time we live in. Oh and also, the food was great too.

We came here for supper. It was late but at least an hour before closing when we got there. Some of the employees seemed irritated that we were there 🙄. The food was good and hot. We did have to wait 30 minutes for it to be ready which isn't to bad but not what I expected. It was all fresh hit the spot.
