I placed a pickup order for Nashville chicken, fries, a cranberry lemonade & the new cherry poppers. I arrived on time, was the only customer in line. I was asked to pull up & wait 5 minutes. Later a man came out & asked me to pull up AGAIN. 25 minutes, & 10+ customers leaving later, I got MOST of my order because they forgot my drink. Would not recommend trying this place. Also the poppers are just greasy dough. Not any cherry.

Very rude drive through worker...(January 16th, 2025)...Door is always locked when it says open, never fresh chicken. Watered down mashed potatoes, this place needs to be shutdown....

They are really rude and they don't know how to check online orders. I will never ever go there
Ordered online and arrived 20 minutes after ordering, at which time the app showed that my order was ready. Employees in the drive thru asked us to wait 5 mins for fries and to pull forward even though no other customers were there. We waited 15 minutes before going into the drive thru again only to see all the employees sitting in a circle on their phones. Our order was visibly sitting on the counter. We asked what we were waiting on and they said they didn’t cook our biscuits and we were now waiting on those. Waited a total of 30 mins (+20 mins on the app) for COLD food, soggy chicken because the dummies packed it first and let it sit in a plastic bag, and under filled containers. Will not be back. Ended up contacting corporate and only got $20 back out of a $55 dollar order. Don’t eat here. Boooo ? ? ?

Waited almost a hour to not receive the correct order twice. Ordered a famous bowl, extra side of Mac and a 5 piece tenders with mashed potatoes. First was giving some large order (frankly should’ve taken with how long I waited?) second order was the famous bowl and 2 tender dinners. No mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese for my toddler:/
Can not fathom how someone sold these Chicken tenders as an edible meal. They were so small and dry they had to have been from the bottom of the basket, the first cook of the day.

I went today to purchase the 8 for 10$ chicken that’s supposed to come with 2 breast 2 thighs 2 wings and 2 legs they told me that the 8 for 10$ only comes with dark meat legs and thighs and if I wanted it with white meat it would be 23$ I said that’s not what you’re special says it said 2 of each I drove off from the scam
