You advertise open to ten and your kitchen stays open for customers that arrive prior to or at that time. Apparently the new move is to advertise what time doors are open and exclude kitchen times (for other restaurants). Thank you for being available during the times you say you are open online. Also, my server , Megan was super awesome and I appreciate her. Thank you!

Went to have dinner the other night and asked for a table of 5 and after we sat down they told us they couldn’t serve us because they didn’t have any plates to serve us so made us leave.

My second time visiting Kobe, each time the food, service and staff are very good, my grandchildren loved the interaction with the chef. Great place, I'll be back soon!

Appetizers were overly breaded n all you could taste was the old oil it was fried in and fried for far too long. Hard and crunchy calamari.
Food just tasted awful. My filet mignon was chopped up and well done—not rare as ordered.
All plates were still on the table when we left. Poor service.
Just a bad experience all around.

It was one of my worst experiences in recent times. We went to this place with a group of friends. They took so long to set up at first place and then food was not good, the chef made the items too oily and with so much soysauce it was not tasty at all, and felt he was not interested in our table at all their sushi was not good too. We left all the food.

Our family had the best experience at the hibachi table. The food was great and reasonably priced. Shout out to Eddie for keeping us engaged and laughing the entire time! This is our new go to for sushi and hibachi.

The food is awesome! Great drinks too! Jake is my favorite bartender in Lubbock. Welcoming, down to earth, and makes the atmosphere just right. I come in on my lunch break often and when he’s here, he knows my usual.
