Bad customer service and attitude went in Feb 13@ 745pm workers said they gave my order away to someone else because after two hours they give the items to someone else they were not apologetic and acted like they didn’t care and they said I should have gotten a refund when that was not true I was charged already, we as the customers ended up finding our order ourselves on the shelf’s, workers didn’t even take to second to check themselves. I don’t like it when customers have to do the work for actual workers. Workers that night definitely need a training or two on how orders work and customer service forsure…

Wow, these donuts have gone down hill. I remember biting into one these donuts and they would literally deflate. Melt in your mouth. Yuck not these. These are so thick and dry! Very bad consistency. And very bad taste!

This location is hugely improved. Now it smells nice, the floor isn’t sticky, and service is fast/friendly. I won’t hesitate to return when I’m craving donuts!

Waited 6 minutes and no one helped me at all. Ended up leaving because they didn't even acknowledge I existed in their store.

Lights off, place appears closed. Pulled to drive-thru at 7:55 person taking order deliberately ignores me for 5 minutes only to finally tell me they are closed at 8pm.

Very slow, unfriendly service. Was there at 6:15 a.m., and the donuts we got were clearly not made this morning. I haven't had Krispy Kreme in years (only came for the dozen for $1 promotion today, and they weren't worth $1). Will be going to Shipley or Jack n' Jill in the future.

You see I have always liked Krispy crème when I went to this location it took me 30 minutes to get a dozen donuts like what and they tasted so crappy

I came here on Sunday morning 11/5 at 8:50am. The lady was nice, and greeted me. They gave me the hot freshly made donuts on the machine. This is definitely a place I will be definitely going back to.
