The food we had ordered was amazing, we enjoyed ours. Although the orders around us were started to come out, which smelled like heavily season fish is my assumption, smell filled the entire establishment with a pungent odoor that smelled like a rotting animal it was unbearable.
This is the BEST RESTAURANT IN LUBBOCK, TEXAS. HANDS DOWN. If you want actual food that's sustainable and not frozen or from a can, LET'S GET IT!!! ALSO! The owners are WOMEN who I have grown up with and admire EVERYDAY. It's so good to be home. #MERMAIDS4EVER
holy smokes la sirena is the best restaurant i’ve been to in Lubbock by a landslide. My roommate and I sat at the bar and were taken care of by the bartender, Kendall. I ordered the Caesar (it’s vegan, they use almonds instead of anchovies) and I added a strip steak. Let me tell you, you will never have as good as a salad anywhere else. it’s exceptionally crispy and the dressing is heavenly, try it for yourself if you don’t believe me.
