We come to your establishment once a month for a Thursday night trivia girls night. We thoroughly enjoy our time together and trying to win trivia! Our service the last three months in a row has been worse than terrible. Somehow we cannot get away from having Heather as a server. It has been taking almost 2 hours to get our food out and refills and drink orders are nonexistent. Tonight we went to the bar multiple times to get beers and bloody Mary’s and such. We have asked to speak to management, but we are told that she is the manager. I am not really sure how because she always seems high as a kite and honestly does not know up from down. Your establishment is losing money by having her as a server because we would definitely order 2 to 3 more rounds if we had a server, who even knew who we were or that we even existed. The bartenders are super friendly and nice and very helpful but I don’t think they can even keep up with what she is trying to do. Tonight she disappeared from the floor for over 45 minutes. We are not the only table having issues with her. There were three tables tonight That asked for food and refills and a manager multiple times. It is getting really ridiculous and I hate to think that you were losing business because of one person. We are looking at possibly moving our girls night to a different establishment because we come out for a good time and we all leave irritated and frustrated. She never brings back the correct change and half of the time she brings back another ticket for getting we’ve already paid. I would really like some feedback from you on this please.

Tacos were great on Tuesday! Service was super as usual. Like the tv so we could watch the games. Has the feel of an old tavern.

Went out to drinks with a coworker on a Tuesday night. Plenty of seats available, but I'm not sure why. The waitress was nice and got our drinks in a timely fashion. Drinks were great, and no fuss was made over asking for a different vodka. We split the beef nachos and there was plenty there enough for 4 people! Music was a bit of a hit or miss, but overall had a wonderful night.

Our server was extremely slow and forgetful. Food arrived cold we sat outside, so the atmosphere was good. We frequent this establishment often service is always slow.

The waitress we had was unbelievably rude. We were there 30 mins.. she took our drink order but then after that it was like we were invisible. She was standing at bar organizing files, messaging on her phone, and then chatting it up with bartender. Another couple came in and she took their order immediately before ours and we had been there 30 mins. At one time, she was walking straight towards us.. "I thought great she is gonna take our order' nope.. she walked right past us to clear off a table.. this was after we had been there 30mins and she had taken everyone's order but ours! We were very polite and kind the entire time so I have no clue why she treated us in this manner.. when she finally approached us like 45 mins later.. we just asked for check, My husband left her a note why she wasn't getting a tip.

I have only been here a couple of times. Atmosphere is like someone's living room with a bar and tables in it. Very comfortable. It is a place where you can meet your friends for drinks and conversation without all the hustle and bustle of a loud, busy and pushy type bar. I would recommend for a quiet night out like for a first date or with friends.

When I went it was pretty slow. We ordered drinks to start and I had questions about the drinks menu. I asked about one of the cocktails on the chalkboard and Freddy the bartender was not really able to speak on it but i ordered it anyway and it was good. My friend wanted a beer you have on tap and i had a few question on that as i had never heard of the beer but Freddy the bar tender completely ignored me to the point other patrons in the bar answered my questions about the beer I had just ordered. Not sure if he is just not trained on yalls beers on tap or if he was just not having a good day but we paid and left and ate elsewhere. Spent over 40 on about 3 drinks, would have had dinner there as planned if not for the staff.

This is the best bar in Lubbock! Great food and drinks! The atmosphere is simple but very comfortable. I've spent many entire nights enjoying myself with friends well into the early morning hours. A word of warning: they don't mess around with the spices. The food is delicious, but if it says spicy, they mean it!
Rude staff, overpriced. Servers/bartenders always seem too busy to serve even with three people in the building. Comedy night was awful. Just save your money and time and go to any other dive bar in Lubbock.

Food was good, nothing overly exciting, but good typical bar and grill fare. We had a long car trip, so sitting out on the patio was nice and relaxing. Good atmosphere.

Pretty cool place. Seems to be one of those neighborhood type bars/restaurants. Decent sized menu and good drink selection. Plus..... they have bath and body works soaps in the bathroom. I mean, come on. Check this place out!
