We had a group of 12, which was probably the cause of bad service (automatic gratuity) Our cups were brought out and filled once as we were paying to leave. We tried to stop our waitress 3 times but she kept saying she’ll be back….she never came. The gentleman bringing the food out help us out by grabbing silverware for us. Food was decent, definitely better food and service anywhere else in Lubbock.

Ordered the ground beef tacos and they were horrible. The shell looked like it came out of a box and guacamole from a can or something. No avocados and watery. Never going back

I told the manager about our waitress from the moment we got there she had an attitude they don’t have name tags, so I don’t think that they like their name being reviewed on here he didn’t care whatsoever he just wanted me to pay when I was leaving. He said this girl that you got as a waitress. She’s been here since the moment we opened and I’m just like ? You’re waitress don’t know how to waitress. She kept asking us anything else anything else like? Like we need drinks, we need refills. We need our chips and salsa like it was almost as if she didn’t know what she was doing or didn’t care to ask. It was so annoying but it was rude it was almost like she wanted to know what we needed right there and then because she didn’t want to keep coming back to our table. She also was very very lazy. I wish I had her name, but of course they don’t have name tags and the manager is not a manager, he needs to get replaced as well

I went to the restroom after putting my meal in a to go box to just quickly wash my hands, took literally about 1 minute . I left my keys and sunglasses so that they could see that i was still there but when i came back everything was gone . I asked where my to go plate and items were and she said she had thrown it away. Ridiculous on the attitude the woman was giving because i asked where my stuff was. Better service needs to be provided . No one is going to ask for a to go box to just have it thrown away!

I haven't been back to this restaurant for half a year. When they opened it the customer service was good, the food was tasty and the music has always been horrible! I stopped going because the food is no longer so tasty and they increased the prices, the customer service was very bad and when I asked them if they could change the music they said no because their cooks like it. So I better went to another restaurant where the customer comes first.

The food was good but was small portions and too much toppings I ordered the chicken palapa and it had way too many onions and bell peppers and not enough chicken my daughter ordered the ultimate nachos and it had way too many jalapeños and very little chicken.. The server was rude and mad because we told her we only wanted guacamole and she brought us this big thing with guacamole meat and other stuff and she got mad because that's not what we wanted.. I had originally ordered the bistec ranchero but they came back and told me they were out and it was only 12pm our silverware was dirty and when asked for more we got more dirty silverware. Other then that the place looked nice.

The large order of posole was delicious except it had too many bones. The spices were just right, and it came with all the fixings....cabbage, radish, limes, cilantro, and your choice of tortillas. We ordered a large menudo, and it was also tasty. So far, this place has served great food and is well recommended ?
