We came here for dinner on a Monday night and it was not busy at all. We got three pepperoni pizzas that were perfect and tasted great. We also got two bags of crazy bread and they were buttered perfectly as well. Lastly we got the new crazy puffs and they were basically a slice of pizza in a cupcake size but they were okay. I really like this little Caesars they do a great job and the people are really friendly there.

Was at this location for almost an hour and a half was told when I ordered it would be a 29 minute wait I was ok with that until it turned to 45 and the a hour wait when I finally asked about me order they said it would be another 20 minute wait oh yea I only ordered 1 pizza worst experience I have ever had in my life

I recently ordered from this restaurant and only received 10$ worth of my $50 order. I called the service line and they did not help me to receive a refund for the equivalent cost for my missing order items. This is ridiculous and I am very disappointed with the service. The restaurant did not pick up the phone and I am now out $40.

Ordered on the app... wasn't ready.. another ten minutes... go in to see and they forgot to make the pizza... these people don't know what they are doing down to the manager... why have a app if you don't even know what's going on... 45 minutes.........

We were given an estimated pick up time of 7:57 to 8:02 - waited in the parking lot till 8:14 with no message saying it was ready yet. Went in the store at 8:24 only to have the employee make excuses of being short staffed and overwhelmed and said it would be 20 more minutes. At 9:05 walked into the store only to be told to wait and did so for 10 more minutes till getting addressed. So an hour later and the employee says he meant to give a refund back…absolutely piss poor service. No excuse, short staffed - get more employees - pay more to keep employees - get a manager who can hire fast enough to mitigate the turn over rate - beyond pathetic

Food took awhile to show up and the service was slow walked up with my fiance and place an order the sun was in the corner of my eye and glaring we waited so long it was hiding behind the building across the street before we got word of our order the manager who I assumed talked to us since there wasn't any name tag I could see at first glance but guest due to his assertive and gentle approach tried to appease use with free breadsticks in order to apologize for such a long wait the food wasn't terrible but still took so long hope they fix that wait time but all in all wasn't terrible just could have been a better experience

My order today was the 7th time in a row that this location has marked my order as being ready and in the portal when it was not ready. I placed today's order through the app and set the pickup time for 7:00 p.m. I placed the order at 5:57 p.m. They had over an hour to have my order ready. I never received a notification that it was ready like I usually do. At 7:02 p.m., I checked the app and used the track your order feature to see if it was ready. It was marked as being ready at 6:52. I went inside to pick it up since it had supposedly been ready for 10 minutes even though I never got a notification. When I put the code into the portal, once again, there was nothing in the portal. Even with over an hour notice today, the order still was not ready on time. That would not even have bothered me but they marked the order as ready 10 minutes before I walked in and I still had to wait eight more minutes before it was actually ready. I got my food at 7:10 p.m., 18 minutes after they claimed it was ready. I assume they're trying to manipulate the system that tracks their speed of service in order to look like they're working faster for their superiors but this is unacceptable to customers. What is the point of having online ordering and a tracker and a portal if it's all meaningless and they will lie everytime and give you your food whenever they feel like it? I could understand this happening by mistake occasionally but this is an established pattern now. I waited to leave this review until today because this is now the 7th time in a row. Additionally, I already submitted feedback to the company before this public review and I did not receive a response so I felt that this is my last hope to try to stop this from happening again. To top it all off, I had to drive back to the store because they forgot the crazy sauce that is supposed to be included with my order. Up until today, I have continued to tip with every order despite the fact that my order is never ready when they claim it is. From now on, I will not be tipping any longer until the store gets it together and stops marking orders ready early. This never used to be a problem. I could always come in after it was marked ready and get my pizza. I suspect a change in management and that this manager is likely coaching his team to lie to make them look better. It's a horrible policy and should be stopped immediately.

Let me just say that I would give this Little Ceasars location zero stars if I could. I placed an order online and it got delivered, but guess what? No pizza! Bread and wings were in the bag but no pizza. So my husband went up there to find out what’s going on. The delivery driver was going to go back to get the pizza (mind you the food was already delivered 15 min later than it said it would be). My husband decided to just go up there and get his money back. Not once did they apologize for screwing up or anything. My husband asked for the manager and general managers name and they refused to give it to him. They said it’ll take up to seven days for us to get our money refunded. HORRIBLE experience, and unbelievably rude staff. Right your wrongs and at least apologize for the mess up that was YOUR fault. Then you refuse to give us the manager info? We will NEVER return and I’ll make sure everyone we know, knows to never go to this location. DO BETTER!!!
