I walked in one day with me and sisters. my card kept declining when I was presented my total. I didn’t know this, but my card was locked, and the worker was making faces and rolling his eyes. And even laughing! I told him i would get my other one from the car and the worker still had an attitude. horrible customer service

Terrible customer service... the pizzas are always burned if you ask if they can make a fresh one they'll tell you it's a 20 min wait ...then when it's ready ..still burned ...and if you tell them any thi g the employees tell.you...you can leave it there they'll eat it ... a paying customer willing to wait 20 mins for the pizza bites .. and still are burned ..
Poor customer service on top of that .

Ordered 2 pizzas. 1 crazy bread. Got it cold and my pepperoni missing 3/4 of the pepperoni. Also crazy bread had no seasoning and wasn't completely cooked. No call from store. Dont waste your time. This was 50 bucks with delivery. Won't make this mistake again

I usually have good experience at this location but for the first time I was given the wrong pizza. It was in the portal according to my email but was sitting on the counter. Sorry guys, I'm out. Not going back

Closed 30 minutes early. Got there at about 9:35 and the employees told me when I walked through the door they were already closed. Double checked the door and signs said they were open till 10. I get that places close early due to circumstances but they just seemed ready to bounce. Didn't have the doors locked or anything either. Feels like they were just not doing their jobs, but avoided actually closing to keep management from knowing.

I bought 10 boxes of pizza and most of them came out with fly larvae. Be careful because we didn't realize it until after we ate.

I did a mobile order. When I go home with the pizza , it tasted horrible! Tasted like chemicals. I went back explained my concerns and they didn't care. No refund ...nothing. The manager said they could only give me a corporate number. This is why locations get shut down because of the employees and the lack of effort when it comes to making food. I will NEVER come back here!
