Little Caesars Pizza

I can't brag enough about the excellent work this location and their people did for us. We ordered 176 pizzas for a school function. They had the pizza hot and ready for us at 10:45am and helped me load the pizza up. They kicked butt!!!!!!

I made an order online and when I got there I got my order out of the portal and checked it and it was wrong. I asked for what I ordered and they said they can’t make that just because it is available online their franchise owner won’t let them make it even tho they have all the ingredients. So I asked to speak to the manager because I paid for one of the more expensive pizzas and they thought it would be alright to substitute it with the cheapest pizza on the menu without telling me. I asked for a refund and the manager refused to refund me because I purchased online. I had zero success getting a refund by going through it online at all despite reaching out several different ways to corporate never a response.

I’ve never had a problem here before theyre always on point but today I had eaten half of my stuffed crazy bread and I thought to myself this taste weird but I thought was trippin so i continued eating until I got halfway and decided to open it up to see that it’s still raw. I took out the cheese so people cant say it’s that. Pizza is yummy btw just the crazy bread 🤮

Sixth time in a roll, I've tried to go by in the last 2 weeks and told there's at least a 30 minute wait for pepperoni pizza. False advertisement...hot and ready. Horrible customer service at the window, if anybody he even comes to the window. And don't try calling on the phone ahead of time before you drive there. because they don't answer the phone either. I guess we will be forced to drive across town to another location from now on.

Waited at the store for 30 minutes 8:15-8:45 the order was already pre placed. It also sat in the warmer for a good 15 minutes without the employees noticing. Mentioned the order to multiple employees. Unacceptable

Just close 30 mis early if won't take order 30 mins before closing. Staff/employees/business location is a straight joke, surprised that location is still open.

This place used to be good now it’s gone to shit with lazy employees sloppy managers who look like they just left a rehab facility look at the way this pizza was made and sold looks like they scrapped half the toppings off and it’s cold it’s supposed to be a lunch special lunch only started 40 mins ago

The best little Caesar’s pizza I’ve ever had! So fresh, the perfect amount of sauce and cheese, the crust beautifully made! Two thumbs up!! The little puffs are so delicious!!
