The food was good and hot and ready!!! The staff was all right I guess!! Took about 20 minutes to get noticed... Two of the staff were in the front right by the register talking to a gentleman I guess they were friends but they did not notice me until about 20 minutes later and then they asked me IF I HAVE BEEN HELPED YET!!! Which I'm pretty sure they could tell that I hadn't been helped yet..... I got two pepperoni pizzas, two orders of bread sticks 3 cups of pizza sause which were ready and had to wait on my 3 speciality Pizzas which is understandable!! Long story short pizza was delicious, and service was alright!!!

If you want to wait 4 days and 3 hours for a badly made pizza I suggest you go to the store and order 2 hours prior to arriving since the slow workers won’t even bother to make an effort. Bad service over all and bad food.

Can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place yet after all the bad experiences I have had. I cannot believe I still come here but it’s convenient. However I will say the guy who brought out my pizza was really nice. The wait here is always the worst. You are waiting a minimum of 20 minutes each time. But at least it’s fresh, just be prepared to wait.

The manager charged my card twice and was very rude to me about refunding my money back and told I had to call my bank and when I asked for the manager sge stated rudely she was the manager and I told her I was going to complain she said she didn't

They don’t even deserve 1 star!Waited at the pick up window about 15 minutes for no one to come to the window. Drove around and parked to go inside and when ordering the person was clearly annoyed that I was ordering a special pizza. His words to me were……. (Very rudely) Are you sure you don’t want the extra most it’s no wait…..No I would have ordered that if that’s what we wanted.I get being understaffed but that is no reason to be rude to your customers.
