Rude customer service! No greeting anyone you wait for 10 mins and get told “what do you need” and no one answers the phone to order ahead. Please do better, my kids love this place but you can’t have poor customer service and run a business.

Went un to order a pizza, the guy working told us that he wasn't taking walkin orders, it would be a 2 hour wait....we walked out as did a couple more customers. That was a loss of three potential orders. Pitiful.

Sad, went in to order Italian cheese bread. The guy working said he wasn't taking any walkin orders , it would be 2 hours......we left as did 2 other customers. Not answering phones either. Poorly run location.

Ordered 2 pepperoni hot and ready. The first one was what is to be expected, the 2nd one was not only undercooked, but the dough was super thin in the very middle of the pie. I would recommend opening the boxes and checking them before leaving with them.

Went in to grab a “hot and ready” and waited at the front desk for 8 minutes without even being acknowledged. Someone from the back boxing pizzas finally yelled out if I didn’t make an online order that they were not taking walk in customers at this time.
