Went un to order a pizza, the guy working told us that he wasn't taking walkin orders, it would be a 2 hour wait....we walked out as did a couple more customers. That was a loss of three potential orders. Pitiful.

Ordered 2 pepperoni hot and ready. The first one was what is to be expected, the 2nd one was not only undercooked, but the dough was super thin in the very middle of the pie. I would recommend opening the boxes and checking them before leaving with them.

Went in to grab a āhot and readyā and waited at the front desk for 8 minutes without even being acknowledged. Someone from the back boxing pizzas finally yelled out if I didnāt make an online order that they were not taking walk in customers at this time.

Disorganized staff! Order of 3 crazy puffs took 30 minutes past the quoted ready time. Never ordering here again. This is not the first bad experience but itās certainly my last.
Ordered a pizza well done with light cheese, extra sauce. First pizza I got had the perfect topping ratio, but the dough was uncooked. There was raw dough along the bottom and it was falling apart when I tried to lift it. The person at the front was very helpful and offered to replace just like they should and for that I am appreciative, butā¦ the new pizza was extra cheese, light sauce, and less of the other toppings I orderedā¦ the bake was perfect but itās as if they traded one bad thing for another. I understand custom pizzas are not the norm here but for an $11 pizza you would expect what you ordered. Sorry to say Iām not returning and I hope other people donāt have the same bad experience

Bad customer service one guy taken my order just walks away to go talk amongst the staff and laugh big kid wears a hat then a second comes up ask how can I help you what can we get for you I said he was taking my order well I am here now what can we get you ball headed mexican guy short I said so he just walks away and you wanna make me repeat my order that is annoying then he walks away like get your staff to be better for the customer that is bullshit today at 10/27 around 11:10
