I was treated very badly and disrespected by a bartender that works there simply because I was asking if they were making my drink because I paid for it and was unsure if it was being made. She then began to have an ugly look on her face and was very rude to me. I tried to calm her down because she was really pissed off, and I told her don’t worry and I hope she has a good day and is blessed, then she calls the bouncers and they approach me and yank my drink out of my hand! Then I really get upset, and I didn’t deserve to get treated in that way. If you don’t like your job and have to treat people like crap, please don’t do it anymore!!
My daughters loved the giant slide and I enjoyed a nice beverage from the bar!
Kid-friendliness: Kids have to leave by 7pm but everyone was very nice.

Great concept and environment, drinks ok, food cold and everything slow. Way understaffed and not prepared for game day crowds.
Fun place

Bouncers are the absolute worst. Very aggressive and over the top. Would recommend the establishment provide training to the bouncers before letting them work the venue. Very unprofessional and eager to fight or escalate simple and easily manageable situations. Daughter was SA. Charges have been pressed. Awaiting outcome. Unless you’re a college student, I would not recommend this venue. Very young and inexperienced staff. They seem to cycle through college students pretty quickly so service is never consistent. I would recommend the business outsource there security to a third party who is properly trained and is capable of assuming liability in situations like mine where a family member was SA. Unless things change, this businesses future remains bleak.

On 10/5/2024 I got discriminated for being a Woman by the General Manager Bill. I was there by myself watching the Texas Tech game and 5 guys decided to stand directly in front of my view when there were other seats available. The 5 guys decided to call the manager bc I asked politely if they could possibly scoot a little to the left. They kept saying “woman you don’t need to talk to us, see women the manager is here you don’t need to talk to us” and then proceeded to try and dismiss me by swinging their hand. Bill said “you can move” I mentioned I was there for an hour and half and the guys had just got there. He proceeded to tell me “either you can move or you can leave” so I left because I felt disrespected, dismissed and discriminated. I went back the next day to file a complaint and the day manger Kacie said he also makes her cry from time to time. And it wasn’t the first complaint they’ve gotten with the same manner against him.
This is a top tier spot if you want to watch sports or just have a great time. If y’all come here every server and bartender is awesome, but Mea is the best. Even when she has 12 tables on a busy day she will make sure you’ve got what you need. Mea is a DAWG!

Very aggressive bouncers and poorly trained staff. I understand that this is a college bar and the bouncer have to be on their A game. But they need to learn the difference between a legitimate liability and some one just telling an animated story to his friends. Each member of the party had one drink, we where sitting outside, had been on location for 30 minutes and was asked to leave because a member of the party put his head on the table for less than 30 seconds to help illustrate his story. After that we were asked to leave and never given the opportunity to close our tabs. Basically forcing us to pay a skipped tab fee. 0/10 stars because of the wait staff and bouncers. I’ve never heard of a bar refusing payment and withholding a debit card. Seems very strange. I even offered to pay the tab with cash. The bouncer refused to allow us to close our tabs. I’m sure we will be charged a skipped tab fee. Almost feels like a racket. Pay with cash at the bar and never leave an open tab. Or just go to a normal bar where this kind of stuff would never happen.
Whether it's Houston, Midland, or Lubbock, Little Woodrow's is a great place to visit! The Lubbock location includes a great dog friendly beer garden with swings.

Just sat at a table for 15 minutes without a single person coming by. Not busy at all either.
One of the worst places I’ve ever been too. The bartenders are super rude and the bosses will yell in your face for anything. Don’t work or come here. I would leave zero stars but the app doesn’t let me. Come here if you love super expensive drinks and a bad atmosphere!
Awesome atmosphere to hang out with friends and drink.
