It is slightly pricey for a tasting. They tasted okay. Not the worst. Attentive, friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. There were a couple well but in store now that we know what they taste like.

Called a day ahead of visit, was told 4:00 would be a perfect time. Drove 20 minutes to the place and walked in on some kind of frat party. After waiting 20 minutes host finally told us it would be an hour or more before we could get in. We left and won’t go back!

We had such a fantastic time at Llano Estacado Winery!! EVERYTHING was amazing! I'm definitely a red wine drinker, but I found some really good white wines too!! Everyone was superb!! You all represent Llano Estacado extremely well!!

Visited while in Lubbock and not able to give five stars unfortunately. What a shame that they literally serve you “Hormel Snacks” as their charcuterie….It’s so sad that Lubbock has nothing cool, not even a decent winery. I would suggest taking the short trip to Fredericksburg to witness true customer service and awesome tasting rooms. Way to go Lubbock.

I just HAD to visit Llano wines because back in San Antonio I see them everywhere. I enjoyed a flight of mixed Llano wines. They were 4 stars. The host was more concerned about his shift ending soon, and didn't impart as much knowledge as I was hoping. He never gave his name.

False advertisements of Salsa and Sangria event that took place on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from noon to 4 pm. The promoted event on their Facebook page described Salsa and chip tasting along with Salsa dancing, music, and professional dance instructors providing guidance on dancing for various skill level dancers. Upon arrival, my fiance and I asked the 3 ladies up front when the Salsa dancing would begin and one lady laughed and said this is Salsa tasting not dancing and I informed her that their Facebook page promoted this event as both and she was completely unaware of it. Another lady advised that there was music and dancing at various times throughout the day where the salsa and chips were being served and where the vendors were located. The entire time we were there, no music, no dancing, and no dance instructors were ever present. The Llano Estacado staff lied to their customers, falsely advertised an event where they charged $30 per ticket, and did theft of services on an event where specific entertainment was clearly promoted on their event page but was absolutely not delivered upon. Another Willy Wonka incident where there was false advertisements on their Facebook promotional page and ended with multiple lawsuits against the company for lying to families and making money on a fake event. Highly disapponted in waste of money and time and being lied to by staff. Please beware in making event ticket purchases at Llano Estacado Winery with the promise of certain services and ending the day with theft of services after payment for a fake event that was clearly lied about during promotion to make a few extra bucks.

The tasting room and staff were nice but that was all. Tried the wine club tasting to get the better wines according to the staff, but my party of four was not able to finish any of the offerings. One wine was described as "making your lips stick to your gums" by the staff, not very appealing. Had much higher expectations for a winery as old as this one.

Staff was so nice and well informed on all the different wines. Top quality wines at very inexpensive prices. Sweet wines where fun but your missing out if you don't sample from there long list of dry wines grown and made right here in Texas
