We had a great experience here. The waitress was super friendly and very attentive. We received our food pretty quick and it was just as it was ordered. Very clean, will definitely go back!
Good food, service was excellent, and atmosphere was comfortable. Thankfully, not too loud of background music, which has been a big turn off for our group, who are trying to visit with each other.

We placed our order, 30 minutes ltr a manager came out apologizing for the wait & said something was wrong with ticket. She offered us a complimentary appetizer & after waiting another 30 mins our food finally came out. We ordered ribs, they were cold & mostly bone. This was my first time at Logan's & the last!

This week, I took my grandkids to Logan's Roadhouse in Lubbock, expecting a casual, budget-friendly meal. We weren't too hungry, so we all decided to order kids' meals. Imagine my surprise when the bill came to nearly $60 for three kids' meals!
Turns out, there's an upcharge if an adult orders a kids' meal, a detail buried in the fine print at the bottom of the menu. You don’t get more food as an adult, you just get charged more. I don’t understand that logic, but oh well, it’s not my restaurant. Enter the manager, who might be the rudest manager in Lubbock. She sternly told me I knew what I had ordered and that the charges were correct. While I admit I missed the note, her approach was far from customer-friendly. Despite my attempts to explain, she was completely unwilling to listen.
Her demeanor was less "manager" and more "drill sergeant," making the whole experience unnecessarily unpleasant. To add insult to injury, we were informed only after we got the bill that we could have ordered three full steaks with salads for less money. Unfortunately, by then, it was too late since we had already eaten. She wouldn’t even adjust the charge 3 full adult meals.
So, if you're planning a visit to Logan's Roadhouse… DON’T. And beware: if you have a kid-sized appetite, you might be surprised with an adult-sized bill and a manager telling you exactly where to stick it.

This place needs ro be closed down... I arrived and never got served... the restroom had poop all over the floor (womens) the wholenresturant looks super dirty...

We went this Saturday and let me tell you, as soon as we walked in we were seated. Our waitress immediately took our drinks and got them to us, took our order and even brought the baby her food first because she knew she was hungry! Our service was so amazing and the waitress was such a sweet soul! We actually had went to long horn steak house first and waited in over 30 mins for our drink order to be taken and never even got those brought to us, so we left and came to Logan’s. The food was delicious and we all left satisfied

Excellent food and service I asked for a Logans signature steak they asked how would you like it cooked I replied Let Chef cook how chef sees fit to cook my steak let it be. Let me tell you the most tender flavor filled juicy touched by hands of God melts in your mouth omg I'd recommend you come to Logans and just have them cook like the food was intended to be.

My daughter ordered a burger well done it was sent out medium, had to take the burger to the waitress station because I got tired of waiting for her to come back to our table, needless to say the rest of our party were finished eating by the time her burger came out. Was very disappointed with my steak, it was mostly gristle & fat, and over cooked, ordered medium and it was not. I do not send food back, I've seen the things people do to your food when food is sent back. Very dissatisfied that we didn't even get an "I'm sorry", or compensated at all. Will never eat at this Logan's. I will take my business elsewhere.
