Ordered L5 L6 and a side of shrimp paid 22.05 wasn’t given a receipt told to go around front they would bring it out. Waited 15 min out front and they brought the car behind me his food so I drove around to the window a girl came and I asked why taking so long she said she would ask them she never came back but a guy came after 5 min told me they are cooking it fresh and to pull around front they will bring f it to me I told him I was staying at the window to wait for my food he said his general manager told him they can’t have people wait at the window for food it is against company policy. I laughed and said I was going to wait for my food at the window. After another 5 min another guy came and asked me to pull around front I told him I was going to wait at the window he said you are running up my clock. I told him that I know he has a window timer and that is why I am not pulling g around front again. It took another 5 min to get another girl to bring me my food so 30 min minimum to get longjohn silver fish and shrimp hmmm well when I got into the food it was dry only warm not hot like fresh cooked the fries were rubbery and stale the fish didn’t look like normal longjohn fish and was really dark the shrimp were way overcooked like trying to eat pencil erasers. The only thing that was fresh cooked were the hush puppies. I called the store and asked what is going on there that I definitely didn’t get fresh cooked food and she hung up. I wasn’t rude to her at all. This store needs new management and if the GM is the problem he needs to go too. The store is not in good shape at all and the people there don’t care. It takes maximum 5 min to fry my whole order. And should never take more than 10 min to get any order. This is a fast food place but doesn’t seem anyone there understands fast at all. I will not be eating at this place ever again. They are not serving fresh food and with it being fish that could be very dangerous. The health dept definitely needs to check this place out.

How does this place stay open????? When you try to order they automatically say it's a 30 minute wait. What??? And everyone drives away so they have no customers!!! How does it take 30 minutes to fry one order of chicken or fish????? Ridiculous!!!

They are mainly a KFC but they didn't update their signs. That's their excuse. No green beans, Cole slaw, Ranch or wedge fries. And they don't honor ANY coupons for LJS at this location. Might as well close the LJS side of the business. Very run down and dirty. The only ONLY plus is they cooked the food fresh.

This restaurant should shut down. Half the time they don't open the dining room. Saw people in the parking lot and decided I wanted fish. Sorry; no tartar sauce, no coleslaw. Changed to a chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes with gravy .Sandwich was dry, just bread and a piece of chicken. No sauces available. Mashed potatoes with just enough gravy to say there was some there. Had to ask for silverware. Terrible service!!

It seems that around dinner time, they never have fish and state that only the KFC side is running. Many customers turn away based on this issue. Customer service is poor, rude attendants that are just goofing around and acting unprofessional for a restaurant. This KFC/Long John Silver could make so much money, if they would change out their lazy staff and get some people willing to work hard.
